Awful! I made an appointment for a pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. The pedicure was okay but there was a lot of ghosting through the polish. The manicure is where is totally fell apart. My nails were all about 1/4" past my finger tips and the guy started trimming them, I thought to make them even. Then I realized he was cutting them all really short!! I said, "Stop! Why so short?" He said, "They have to be short for the gel tips". I said I didn't want gel tips just a manicure with gel polish. There was a flurry of conversation with another woman in another language. He said, "You want gel tips, right?" I said I did not and why would I need gel tips if I have nails of my own? He seemed very confused and the language barrier was not help. I ended up walking out but not before they tried to charge me for both the pedi and the mani. I am so flipping mad! I am going on holidays in two days and my carefully grown out nails have been chopped off. Not only that, I now don't have time to make an appointment someplace else before I go away. Read Less

I’ve been here a few times for pedicures the last couple years. The warm stone massage and scrub always feels nice, but the quality of the gel-polish didn’t ever seem to be that great. It would only last a week or so, vs other salons that lasted a month or more. I’ve also brought my 4 year old for a manicure and the girl was very friendly and did a great job on her little nails. I have been a customer at Regal Nails for 4 years. I get my nails done every three weeks, an eyebrow wax, and pedicures. Throughout the years I’ve had to switch nail artists several times because they always leave. For the most part I have been happy with service. However, this week I went in to get my normal eyebrow wax and Kim waxed a quarter of my eyebrow off!!!! My eyebrows also had completely different shapes... I look like a clown and am beyond pissed off. I now have to fill in a huge piece of my eyebrow with pencil, which looks very unnatural. To top it off, they still made me pay for the service!! They do an okay job at nails, but do NOT let them wax your eyebrows!!! I will NEVER return to this salon again, even for nails. They have lost a customer of 4 years! 😡 Read Less

Trested My wife and girls to get the nails done here. Very good detail work best I have seen in Cochrane. They also gave candy and let me sit In their massage chair while i waited for the girls to finish. Awesome service. Read Less

I love this nail salon! They are very competitively priced and do great work. I always get compliments on my nails and I have never had any issue with them breaking. I have been to many nail salons and this on is one of the best I have found. Read Less
