I went for the first time for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I was very impressed. The man that did my pedicure was great. He was detailed and took his time. The best pedicure I’ve had done here in Cochrane. The girl who did my eyebrows was friendly, professional and did an awesome job.

Walked in for a basic mani and pedi and was taken care of. The staff are all nice and helpful, there was a young lady working that spoke perfect English explaining requests to other staff. She was also explaining politely to customers with outrageous requests how their pin is not possible on their short bitten nails or what they would have to do to get them there. I picked a super bright colour that is super hard to get even and the person doing my nails did a great job! I would come back, no problems.

I have been once and was not very satisfied from bad attitude from one of the employees. I would give 1 stars for nail art and service. I found it very painful and they cut my cuticles so bad that they started to bleed. do not recommend.

I went there twice. The first time the male owner cut my cuticle during my manicure and said he didn't. Really, my cuticle was bleeding! The second time I went to get a pedicure and I was left in the ...
I went there twice. The first time the male owner cut my cuticle during my manicure and said he didn't. Really, my cuticle was bleeding! The second time I went to get a pedicure and I was left in the chair for a very long time. The next thing I know I see the person who was giving a pedicure walking out the door. Very poor service!

Called today for a fill as the website says open till 7..... guy tells me only till 5:30! Don't advertise the times you are open if you choose your own hours!

Very disappointed with our experience here. I booked for a full manicure for a friend and myself before a big event. When we showed up for our appointment, only one person (Male owner possibly?) was there the other employees were late. He rushed through my friends nails, they were so bad another girl had to redo them. She actually cut my friends finger with the nail file and made her bleed in the process. They filed our nails down short after kindly being asked not to. My shellac looked okay, but chipped less than two days later. Friendly staff but the quality of service just wasn't there.
