I’ve had good experiences almost every time I’ve went, though it really is pricy. Every time I go even if I get basic nails it’s almost $70. I said I wanted my pointer finger shorter because of my contacts and she did my ring finger shorter. The nails are still beautiful but better communication would be nice and less chatting in between themselves!

Wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place. I went in with a friend and her young daughter. Something special that my friend would never go spend this kind of money. Staff are not friendly at all and hardly speak to you, the entire time we almost felt like we were inconveniencing them. My friends 6 year old daughter scuffed up her thumb nail a few times and each time the lady’s response was something about I told her to be careful. I said can she not put a fan on her nails? The lady said she’s not tall enough to reach it over there. There was clearly fans on the counter everywhere. She ended up giving a fan bc I asked again and no more issues. Upon leaving was the worst as they told us we could go and now my friend scuffed a nail getting her debit card out. No customer service skills, made her feel awkward to the point I had to say that she scuffed the nail and ask to be fixed. You can clearly tell it’s been patched up bc the polish got thick and gunky looking. You’d think for regular polish they would automatically turn on the little fans at every station to help dry it ! Then upon paying she said for my friends daughter it would be $15.. over the phone upon booking my friend confirmed the price for mani/pedi herself and mani for her daughter. She asked for a deal and the lady said she could do $10 for her daughter. She was saying it’s $10 to paint and you wanted manicure. Okay fine if that’s what you’d usually charge but when we walked in and she was asking what we’re all getting and we said manicure for the 6 year old why would she not say okay it’s 5$ more. She stood there argueing with us and was clearly worked up about it. My friend confirmed so many times before going as she was debating spending anything to bring her daughter along. Worst part is she said I did everything, cuticles, filing and lotion. Her poor cuticles don’t look any better then before the appt. I inspected them before and after she still has so much skin all around her cuticles. Overall, they hardly talk with you to begin with and will even argue with you. Customer is never right here. My girl didn’t ask about shape and for my toes didn’t ask about length and cut them so short. I couldn’t say anything once I realized on like the second one. Will not go back and don’t recommend.

The last time I was at this salon, I asked for clear with a white tip. The tip was painted on so you could see the fake nail underneath. When I let them know they did not look right, they said it was because “my nails were too short” but they had clipped them! Fast forward to two weeks later, and the nails are off. Not because I took them off, they fell off because they were done poorly. I will never give that nail salon my money EVER again!!!!!!

I have been to Orchid bails & spa twice. The first time was for a mani/pedi and while the salon was clean and the nails were done well - I had a miscommunication with the technician about the colour, and unfortunately left quite disappointed.
However, the owner Annie, encouraged me to discuss what happened at the salon with her and then did everything she could to resolve the problem.
I returned to the spa today for another pedicure with one of my friends and I’m happy to say it was a great experience. Not only was the salon clean and welcoming, but they were prompt for our appointment time, and we loved our pedicures.
I’m hopeful my next visit will be a positive experience again.

I wanted the lady to shape my nails as square, although she “couldn’t” do and suggested to go with round. That’s something I have never heard. I have been getting my nails done for years and have always gotten square shaped whenever I requested.
Also, the manicure was not done properly at all.
I literally wasted my money.

The lady was kind and courteous but the face waxing experience was horrible. I kept telling the lady the wax was too hot but she didn't change the temperature. I went home with lots of burns and because I have a darker skin tone you couldn't tell immediately that it was very bad. But by evening my face was so burnt that it was peeling off and dark patches all over. It's been a week and the burns are now dried up and skin peeling out. I don't think I will do face waxing here ever again.

The place is clean and they are up to date with all the new styles. Love it and wouldn't go anywhere else

My hubby and I went here Saturday for Pedicures. The girl who was working on my husband literally huffed and puffed the whole time. She sighed, rolled her eyes, dramatically threw her tools down, spoke Vietnamese to the other ladies and they would laugh. We were so incredibly embarrassed; the work was fine but if you don't like your job...seriously don't work in the service industry. She spent a total of 30 minutes on him, we get our feet done every few months; the problem was not him. Her behaviour was quite honestly disgusting. He tipped her $20US out of spite, she smiled ear to ear and practically danced her way down the hallway.

My daughter and I were here yesterday for her 14th birthday. This salon is immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly and warm - always making sure that we had a drink and were comfortable. To top it off, our nails look fantastic! I highly recommend this nail salon.

I’ve had good experiences almost every time I’ve went, though it really is pricy. Every time I go even if I get basic nails it’s almost $70. I said I wanted my pointer finger shorter because of my contacts and she did my ring finger shorter. Wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place. I went in with a friend and her young daughter. Something special that my friend would never go spend this kind of money. I have been to Orchid bails & spa twice. The first time was for a mani/pedi and while the salon was clean and the nails were done well - I had a miscommunication with the technician about the colour, and unfortunately left quite disappointed.
However, the owner Annie, encouraged me to discuss what happened at the salon with her and then did everything she could to resolve the problem.
I returned to the spa today for another pedicure with one of my friends and I’m happy to say it was a great experience. Not only was the salon clean and welcoming, but they were prompt for our appointment time, and we loved our pedicures.
I’m hopeful my next visit will be a positive experience again.

The lady was kind and courteous but the face waxing experience was horrible. I kept telling the lady the wax was too hot but she didn't change the temperature. I went home with lots of burns and because I have a darker skin tone you couldn't tell immediately that it was very bad. But by evening my face was so burnt that it was peeling off and dark patches all over. It's been a week and the burns are now dried up and skin peeling out. My daughter and I were here yesterday for her 14th birthday. This salon is immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly and warm - always making sure that we had a drink and were comfortable. To top it off, our nails look fantastic! I highly recommend this nail salon.
