Omg how have I never been here before?!? It has the cutest boutique feeling, it's so bright and clean, my spirit feels lifted immediately after walking in! Tammy waxed my eye brows and she was insanely friendly and chatty which I love and she did a great job on them! I have tried many salons in Calgary for a number of years but nothing compares to the atmosphere and service I receive every time I go to Frilly Lilly in Calgary. I love their shops and I always get the best care. They offer really cute hand crafted products and the experience is always wonderful. O would highly recommend. Read Less

EDIT: After my review the owner of this location contacted me and kindly offered me a "make up" pedicure, although I declined the offer was very kind and appreciated. For that reason I've edited my review to 5 stars. It's very refreshing to see owners who genuinely care about their clients. I recently went here for an eyebrow wax, manicure and a pedicure. All the staff I encountered were amazing! Super friendly and knowledgable. The wax was fantastic, the manicure was good but the reason for the 3 stars was the pedicure. It was relaxing and thorough but unfortunately the nail polish bubbled quite badly on all of my toes. It was a new bottle of polish (I know this because they let me keep it.) I'm not really sure what happened to make it bubble but I ended up taking the polish off the next day and repainting them myself which is kinda disappointing when you just paid $65 to get them done. However, I will definatly be back for an eyebrow wax. Read Less

Great little boutique in Crowfoot. They do offer all your basic beauty needs. From manicures, pedicures, waxing and all that good stuff.Made an appointment to get my eyebrows done. It was quick and fairly painless. Always a bit of pain but it's to be expected. She was professional and fast.They are a bit pricey than your average salon/spa since I did find out what they charge for other services. Good to know.In the front of the boutique they do carry products and some cute Jewlery. Service was quick. Staff friendly ( front desk and  waxer) and ample parking. Read Less

I've gone to various Frilly Lilly locations, based on where I live and work. As well, I've gotten back into waxing. So I have been on the hunt to find an adequate waxer as the lady I used to see eons ago isn't in Calgary. I finally found my new waxer. Denise is phenomenal. She was quick, efficient and relatively painless. And cute! LOL. She was nice to talk to ad being doing aesthetic for 10 years. Price is reasonable for what you are having done, there are something I would rather not cheap out on. I will continue to use Denise, and am so glad I finally found someone I am comfortable with.
