My nails have never been healthier or looked better in my life! I've been going to Beach for well over a year now and I can honestly say I am IN LOVE! Their Bio Seaweed Gel nails hold up very well and do not damage my nails. Their staff do not file your nails down and thin them out like other places do. They use organic products that smell and feel amazing! I get my nails and toes done there and mine never chip between appointments and I am hard on my hands! The staff are friendly and well trained and their new Mission location is stunning and so well laid out. It's under construction on the outside of the building right now but don't let that scare you! I went and saw the eyebrow wizard Laura Michele and I am blown away! I'd been growing my brows out for over 10 months and was seeing what I thought was no results - I'd almost come to terms with eyebrows not being my thing when I heard about Laura. After showing me some hidden blonde hairs and explaining how to achieve the shape I wanted, she worked some serious magic and I can't even believe what a difference it made. What's even better is she took the time to explain how to fill in some spots and I'm confidant I can replicate the look on my own. I couldn't be more impressed with this place! It was a little hard to find but once you find it, it's perfect. The atmosphere was the first thing my friend and I noticed -- how laid back and friendly everyone was and how the instant smell of chemicals you get at most nail salons didn't hit us there. Everything they use is natural and good for you, making the experience all the better. They didn't use those typical foot water spa things that you're never quite sure are clean; ...instead they used stainless steel basins to wash our feet in. We also got tea to enjoy as we chatted with the ladies about everything under the sun and we never felt rushed. Couldn't be happier! The experience was great, everyone was friendly, it was a relaxing atmosphere, and they had a variety of awesome colour selections. I opted for the gel polish and have been amazed how long it's lasted!! It's been 14 days and I don't have a single chip. My nails are growing out, but the polish is still perfect.
