Before I saw the reviews and tried Beauty Nails, I have been going to a good nail salon in Edmonton for more than 7 years. And now I found the one I really like in the neighbourhood. So happy I don't need to go that far any more. The salon is clean and tidy, the prices are reasonable, and the technicians can really let you feel like at home. Poor experience this evening. We got there before they closed and we saw a gentle man go over to get our Pedi's ready. He then comes back and says "Oh, we close at 5" but they just started some other women's feet. It's Mother's Day and they could have done myself and my daughters feet. We will NEVER come to this establishment again. The young man was rude and didn't ask if we wanted to come back tomorrow or any other time. Loudly I did say as we left "We will never come here again..." I don't recommend this location for anything. I usually get good service here. Some lady had done my nails like 3x and she told me her name was Crystal. When I asked for her they were like umm yea no Crystal here. When I went in I didn't see lady who had been doing em but the lady Van did my nails and she did a great job. Felt bad for some lady who waited 25 min for her nail tech while her nail tech was getting her nails done with another worker.! The nail techs do act like they are too good though! Read Less

I disliked my service there. I got there signed in and other 2 women came in. They got serviced first. The lady rushed through my arylic nails set. She was rushing so bad that her tools scraped my finger and it burned. To top it off my nail polish is done awful, if i wanted it this awful i could have done it myself for an awful nail polish job . I asked for a matte finished in which she did not do. It was my first time & for sure its the last time. I rather go to my regular nail salon in Rio Rancho. Read Less

Asked for the dremel to not be used during gel removal, and the tech still tried using the tool on my toes. I told her that's not what I wanted, and she threw her dremel down at the foot soaking tub. She went on to yell at all the other employees, that she just didn't care. She continued this in front of her young daughter, who was sitting at her booth. Asked for employee's name, and everyone played dumb. What a stark comparison to the fabulous service I received on Saturday's (the boss is usually there), when Christine or the young lady with the bangs have done my gel mani and pedis. I was very disappointed in my 3 daughters nails..they got pedicures just yesterday and the polish is already all off. I paid a lot of money for little tiny nails and it's all off. I was charged $20 each for a 6 and 8 year old for a pedi/mani and $20 for my 13 year for just a pedicure.. Read Less

This place is terrible. I've been there a few times and it used to be ok, but this last time... Wow just horrible. I asked for a manicure, the girl did a color change, I told her not to cut down my nails, so she filed them to oblivion, so much so they snagged in everything and broke! She painted them awful I had nail polish all over me! A bunch of my nails have broken badly, all the way down to bleeding, the polish all lifted. When I went to pay she charged me almost $37!!!!!! For a color change!!!!!! When asked why, she said "because" then ran my credit card. I will never return, they were hurried rude and just awful and destroyed my nails!! Read Less
