Just got my nails done today for my grad photo and I had a shower only to get out and find the nail polish chipping off. Took over an hour only to have them look like crap now. Best be able to fix them tomorrow before my photos. Not impressed

I am so very disappointed asked for long acrylic set of nails she did them short. Was very rough not a pleasant experience. Price for set of acrylic nails was posted as $35. I ended up paying $64.will never go back there again. Not a satisfied customer.

Went in with a picture of one of my favourite previously done sets done from someone else and I got exactly what I wanted, maybe even better! The reason this place doesn't get a full 5 stars is because the woman who did my nails came off as a bit rude and the implements used didn't seem in the best condition as they could have been, but overall I am very pleased with my experience and I will be back!

Never go there, if i could i would give the note of ZERO! I got ny nails done and it’s terrible, my fingers hurt so bad and my nails was better naturally. The girl drilled too much and now my skin aro...
Never go there, if i could i would give the note of ZERO! I got ny nails done and it’s terrible, my fingers hurt so bad and my nails was better naturally. The girl drilled too much and now my skin around the nails are red and hurt so badly. Also my fake nail are ugly AF! Not straight, not filled properly and the colour is not better, can see different spot and lines on my nails. Next time i will check on google for the stars before going anywhere. TERRIBLE EXPERENCE!!!

Went in for a pedicure, basically got my feet washed and nails painted. I was in and out in 10-15 mins. I'll never go back. I don't even know how they keep customers when they have absolutely not prid...
Went in for a pedicure, basically got my feet washed and nails painted. I was in and out in 10-15 mins. I'll never go back. I don't even know how they keep customers when they have absolutely not pride in the work they're doing. If they put as much effort into their work as they did into trying to upsell they'd be amazing. Unfortunately that is not the case. There 1.6 review couldn't be more correct. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Gel nails EXTREMELY thick, very lumpy and not filed probably. Would NOT recommend to even my enemies.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and disappointed with my nails. I received a gift card for Regal (Cochrane location) and as such I called ahead of time to verify it was redeemab...
I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and disappointed with my nails. I received a gift card for Regal (Cochrane location) and as such I called ahead of time to verify it was redeemable at the Airdrie location (I was sure to emphasize it said the "Cochrane" address) The lady I spoke with assured me it was so I proceeded to book an appointment. At the time of payment I was told they would not honor the gift card even after I called AHEAD OF TIME TO CONFIRM THEY WOULD. I then called and asked to speak to the manager to discuss same. After being passed along to several people on the phone I was told I was speaking with the manager. About half way through the conversation I was passed to another person who said the manager was not in (even after the person on the phone earlier claimed to be the manager)

Avoid if you are getting acrylics or gels. Always turn out wavy, bubbly and far thicker than necessary. They are good with kids though.

I love this nail salon!! The staff are so friendly and I'm never disappointed with them or the work they do. Tried almost every nail salon in Airdrie and nobody is better then Regal!! Lena is my all time favorite! I am never disappointed in her work and she's super friendly!!

Just got my nails done today for my grad photo and I had a shower only to get out and find the nail polish chipping off. Took over an hour only to have them look like crap now. Best be able to fix them tomorrow before my photos. Not impressed

Went in with a picture of one of my favourite previously done sets done from someone else and I got exactly what I wanted, maybe even better! The reason this place doesn't get a full 5 stars is because the woman who did my nails came off as a bit rude and the implements used didn't seem in the best condition as they could have been, but overall I am very pleased with my experience and I will be back!

I don't even know how they keep customers when they have absolutely not pride in the work they're doing. If they put as much effort into their work as they did into trying to upsell they'd be amazing. Unfortunately that is not the case. There 1.6 review couldn't be more correct. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and disappointed with my nails. I love this nail salon!! The staff are so friendly and I'm never disappointed with them or the work they do. Tried almost every nail salon in Airdrie and nobody is better then Regal!! Lena is my all time favorite! I am never disappointed in her work and she's super friendly!!
