I went there for a pedicure last week and I paid them $35 but it took 15 minutes to do. The nail polish that was put on was really messy. The lady that did my pedicure was also very rude and mean towards me. I will never go back there again, I will go somewhere else that is cheaper. Read Less

QT Nails is amazing! I have been going to their Spa for over a year now and would highly recommend them. I have never had to wait to get in, even as a walk in. Very dirty and employees are very rude. I had gone in to get my nails done and asked for gel as it is better for your nails, and they gave me acrylic and told me it was gel. They should not advertise for gel nails if they’re not going to provide the service when asked. I have had my nails done before and I knew that it was not gel. On top of that this salon doesn’t even use nail acrylic, they use dental acrylic. I know that because I went to someone after to get them fixed because they were awful and she couldn’t get them off easily because of the type of acrylic they used. All the nails were different lengths and shapes, very thick, they kept using the wrong colour because the salon is disorganized and the colours were in the wrong boxes, and when I told her that it wasn’t the colour I asked for she painted over it and didn’t even remove the wrong colour underneath. The acrylic baked my cuticles to my nails, there was polish all over my fingers, and my nails were ruined when I had to get them removed. Do not recommend this place at all. Read Less

I had gone here with a friend to get a pedicure. While there they cut his toe and quickly put glue on it and put it back in the water hoping he wouldn’t notice(completely unsanitary) and then after it stopped bleeding they continued to dig around in his toe nail beds and continued to make him bleed. Also while there they gave me a chemical burn on my leg and claimed it wasn’t their fault. After our pedicure, we paid, left and just had decided not to go back because we weren’t happy with the job done. Later that night all 10 toe nail beds were infected, and oozing puss. I went back in the next day to explain what had happened and to ask for a refund because the job was so poorly done, they claimed that it was our fault because “he had infection between toes”. If it was really that bad they should not have preformed the pedicure, right? That is also very unsanitary. They told us that it was his fault that happened to him and completely denied the burn. I asked to speak to the manager and they would not allow me to. After asking for a refund numerous times, they threatened to call the police on us if we didn’t leave. We (very respectfully) explained that we just wanted a refund because they did such an awful job. They continued to yell at us and tell us to leave. After being on anti-infectants, multiple salt water and hydrogen peroxide baths, a month later the toe nail beds are still oozing puss and blood and it hurts to walk. I do not recommend this salon to anyone (unless you want an infection) because of how insanitary they are and how poor their customer service is. Read Less

I have been going here since they opened. They have always been fantastic and if they are busy they are extremely apologetic. I have always been treated like a queen when I get my pedicure and nails done. The sparkling juice is always a nice touch. They are excellent with my kids as I have a little one so they are understanding about her being loud or crying. I highly recommend them. They even have stamp cards. Read Less

I had a terrible experience here. I got my grad nails done here and waited three hours before finally leaving. A week later air bubbles are forming under my nails and chipping. They're so thick I can barely do anything. Not returning to this place. Read Less
