I was kind of hesitant about going in because of the reviews I have read on here and facebook but decided to go in anyways. Upon walking into the salon I was very impressed as the staff greeted me with what I would call open arms. They were fully booked but were able to fit me in no problems. I did only ended up waiting 10 minutes and in the mean time they offered me a palette with a variety of over 700 colours to choose from for my nails. I got my acrylic nails done which looked amazing so then I asked if they also had time for a Brazilian because I didn’t want to waste time going to another salon for just that single purpose. They absolutely did have the time which was amazing and helped me out so much. I am a mother of 3 and barely have time to myself so it would have been so much trouble going into another salon and sitting and waiting there all over again.
I was sooooo amazed by the quality of work done on my nails and was hoping I would also be amazed by the brazillian. None the less I walked into a separate room with a very nice calming smell to it. The room was really clean and not like some other salons where you can see hair on the beds and stuff. I got a Brazilian and it DIDN’T HURT. Yes, I know that’s hard to believe but I guess the wax they use is extra gentle on the skin but really good on the hair and removed all the hair.
Overall I was so happy with the services that I ended up tipping them $20, such great services deserve to be appreciated.

I’m currently sitting outside the closed store, which is a bit of a shock as I had an appointment for right now. It is a holiday - but when I called to make the appointment last week I made sure to say ‘Monday is a holiday- you are open?’ And the woman said “Of course we are!” And booked me in for 3pm.
Confused why they were closed, I just called them to see if they would be coming - and the woman who answered said they were closed because of the holiday and that she would have to look into who booked my appointment. When I said that I would like my money back for the gift certificate I was using (I am going away this week and won’t have another opportunity to use it) she said all sales were final and that wouldn’t be an option - but that I could talk to the manager next Saturday (5 days from now). When I said that wasn’t acceptable she got mad at me, told me she didn’t know what I wanted her to do, and then hung up on me.
One of the worst business experiences I’ve had. I think I’ll forefit the $65 rather than step foot in this place. This was a Mother’s Day gift and I never get time out for myself. Instead of it being an enjoyable couple hours I get to deal with an argumentative person. What a joke.

Had the worst experience here ever today. DO not waste your time or money. I have never had such terrible nails in my life it was so bad I had to stop her and walk out. Not to mention the salon is a mess tools are dirty and they keep all the lights off. It’s a real shame the owners changed cause the new ones clearly don’t care about having professional talented people so there place might actually be successful.

THE WORST 'NAIL' SALON IN AIRDRIE. One star is too many, but it was mandatory. Terrible customer service, terrible business sense, no lights on in the salon, filthy brushes. I had requested a nail fill last Saturday, but the girl didn't do any fill. She put on two acrylic tips (even though I asked for gel) on my two broken ones, but didn't blend in the tips. One broke off the next day. Two more nails broke off the following day. They're refusing to fix them for me. It took her almost two hours to put two thin layers of gel over the old nails, and called it a day. I'm absolutely shocked and disappointed and disgusted. I can't believe they would treat a customer who made more than usual for a fill like this. Please do not waste your time or money here.

I've been going there for about 2 years now and honestly have never seen the spa in a better condition. Everything looks neat and clean. No more dust on the tables and what not. As far as the services are concerned I could not be happier. They actually dropped prices and I feel like the quality of the product they are using now is better than it used to be. My shellac lasted me 2 weeks and I literally tried peeling it at home and couldn't so I went back to get it removed. The...y have lovely staff and seem to be adding new services as they establish their business. It is our duty as human beings to support other humans who are trying establish a living and some of the comments on here are so fake. You guys need to go in and try the place out yourselves in order to be proper judges. I will definitely continue referring my family and friends to this spa cause the price and services are like no other salon or spa I have been to in Airdrie so far...and like I said I've been going here for 2 years now. I will definitely be going back and referring them to my friends and family. They literally had over 400 colours of shellac and polish to choose from which is mind blowing, other places Ive been to usually have like 100-200.

Googled nails in Airdrie and they were one of the top 3 nail salons. Went in and absolutely loved the service and the staff. They had no problems helping me choose colors or anything and gave me a lot of advice on how to grow long and strong nails. I've been using their cuticle oil (honey extracts) for about 2 weeks now and my nails are growing faster than ever. Will definitely be returning to this place.

I'm in love with my Canada Day nails. They were fully booked and had people waiting but were still able to get me in and I ended up only having to wait 10 minutes which is nothing because I didn't even have an appointment booked. They were also offering free nail art for Canada 150th which is a great initiative they've taken as a small business.

Went here with 3 girlfriends (not knowing management has changed), 2 of us from out of town on Friday, June 9th, 2017 to get a mani/shellac for my girlfriends wedding. The nail artist was very polite and friendly, but the shellac was very poor quality and had cracked before I even left the salon. Didn't have time for a redo as the wedding was that afternooon, and the salon was closed Saturday despite what google said, so we couldn't go back for a refund or redo of my nails. Cost was $36.75 and most of my nails had cracked by Sunday, the day I was heading back home; some of them started to peel as part of the shellac was on my cuticles. Very disapointed in the quality of product, definitely will not be returning to this salon.

I used to go here and loved Annie and her husband but will NOT be returning after today. Got the $40 mani/pedi deal and my toe nails are alright but my nails are ORANGE! And I picked out a purple/pink...
I used to go here and loved Annie and her husband but will NOT be returning after today. Got the $40 mani/pedi deal and my toe nails are alright but my nails are ORANGE! And I picked out a purple/pink colour. The top coat went on orange and didn't go away under the light or after drying. I told the lady who did my nails that they were orange and she said 'oh ya they are'. Didn't offer to fix them, nothing. Also walked away with chunks of polish gone (and I hadn't touched anything). My friend and I were the only ones in there and the one lady talked to us a little bit but the other was not friendly whatsoever. The floor was very unclean too (nail clippings and dirt...) So sad that a nail salon with a great reputation is no good anymore.

My first impression of the salon is that it's fresh and clean. There are these pretty glass dividers between the front of the salon where the manicure tables are and the back section where the spa pedicure chairs are. It's painted a light mossy green which is soothing. I really like the large chandelier in the front area and the funky chic silver filigree lights in the pedicure area.I had booked an appointment for noon and I had to wait about 15 minutes for my turn. They were really busy on Saturday. The pedicure was ok. Then it was time for my manicure. The guy in the shop did my manicure and did a terrible job of it. He was filing my nails wildly and I ended up fixing some nails that were not looking good. Then after he painted my nails, I looked closely at them and noticed he missed parts here and there and I saw fibers from the cotton balls mixed in the polish. What a mess. So he removed all the polish and started over. But he made a mess again. The one girl came over to finish my manicure and I was pleased with what she did. Overall it was pretty good and I'll most likely return as long as I don't have the guy do my mani pedi.

I was kind of hesitant about going in because of the reviews I have read on here and facebook but decided to go in anyways. Upon walking into the salon I was very impressed as the staff greeted me with what I would call open arms. They were fully booked but were able to fit me in no problems. I did only ended up waiting 10 minutes and in the mean time they offered me a palette with a variety of over 700 colours to choose from for my nails. My first impression of the salon is that it's fresh and clean. There are these pretty glass dividers between the front of the salon where the manicure tables are and the back section where the spa pedicure chairs are. It's painted a light mossy green which is soothing. I really like the large chandelier in the front area and the funky chic silver filigree lights in the pedicure area.I had booked an appointment for noon and I had to wait about 15 minutes for my turn. They were really busy on Saturday. The pedicure was ok. Then it was time for my manicure. The guy in the shop did my manicure and did a terrible job of it. He was filing my nails wildly and I ended up fixing some nails that were not looking good. Then after he painted my nails, I looked closely at them and noticed he missed parts here and there and I saw fibers from the cotton balls mixed in the polish. What a mess. So he removed all the polish and started over. But he made a mess again. The one girl came over to finish my manicure and I was pleased with what she did. Overall it was pretty good and I'll most likely return as long as I don't have the guy do my mani pedi.
