Nasty! My daughter and I went in for a manicure and pedicure, shellac, and they plopped me in a tub and left me there for an hour and 10 minutes. After I lifted my feet out because the water was freezing, they refilled it with hot water and continue to make me wait. Another 15 minutes later I pulled my feet out and put my shoes on announcing that I was officially as shrivelled as a raisin. they don’t speak English well and motioned for me to sit down. Someone came to me and was clearly annoyed that I wanted to walk out and she was so rough on my big toe that she jabbed her instrument under my nail bed & made me bleed. I yelped, and someone else motioned for her to leave me alone and they took over. The rest of it was fine and I was soon enough at the cash register being charged full price and “encouraged“ to leave a 30% tip by their machine. Not in 1 million years! And not in 1 million years will I be back! Save your time, save your money and save yourself some pain and go somewhere else.

I have been coming to MS Nails for quite some time because I like the way they do my nails. But, The technicians should communicate with the customer. Asking how they would like their nails done, and whether or not they like the job that was done. They don't need to carry on a long conversation, but, just casual communication would be professional. I was in a few days ago and my technician asked me very quickly what color I wanted and how short. That was it. The only time she showed any kindness or even smile was when I was paying. But, she did have ear buds in and spoke non stop with other employees. As a paying customer I would think that pleasing us should be the top priority.

I entered and asked if how fast they could do a fill, having only 40 minutes to spare myself. They asked me how long I had, I said 40 minutes. They said they could so I sat down. The nail artist did an amazing job and quick, then she had another client and a man took over to lotion and take my payment. He proceeded to lecture me about not having a full hour to take the time to not rush. Don't lecture me after you say you can do it. You could say no and I would've come back when I had more time.
Secondly I told my sister they did a good job of my nails anyway so she came to your shop today. A man did her nails. He took 1.5 hours, 30 minutes longer than women who came in after her. He did not do the hand massage/lotion, and her nails look terrible. They are round on one corner and square on the other corner and she asked for two colours and they are unevenly done and he left polish on her hands. He lectured her about how she chose and expensive colour for her tips and how she should choose a less expensive colour but he didn't tell her that until after he had painted her nails.
Unimpressed. That man ruins the experience.

Never had shellac that had to be repeatedly filed off and not just removed with acetone before. My toenails are unbelievable thin now and my fingernails which were previously long, strong and beautiful are thin and keep breaking as threy grow. When i asked i was very rudely told that you always have to do this. Umm not the case, but thats ok. I will never return.

I have been going to MS Nails for years. The ladies (and gent!) there are great! I never have to wait even when I don't have an appointment and the odd time I have had to wait, it's because they were busy and I didn't have an appointment (that's on me, not them). They are fast and I have never had breakage in all the years I have gone. Thanks MS Nails team!!

Worst experience of my life. They were rude and didn't understand English. I showed the a picture before I sat down and asked if they could do what was in it, because if Not, I would go elsewhere. They assured me they could. After wasting 2 hrs of my time, they then told me they couldn't do it, unless I wanted to spend $30 more after saying it would be they same price. I told them not to do anything and I would leave and they proceeded to lock the door and surround me and yell at me (in non-english) because I was going to leave. I left in tears. Worst experience of my LIFE! And I STILL payed for a service that they didn't give me. Do NOT go here!

A few weeks ago I went and got a full set of nails done. I showed a photo of what I wanted and my end result was kinda the same as the photo however the nails on one hand were not the same as the nails on the other. The lady did say that it was her first time and if I wasn’t happy, I could have then re-done. I deceived to just wait a few weeks and have them taken off. So to get to why I am posting this review, today I went in to the salon to have the nails taken off and shellac put on. I told the guy at the front what I wanted, he sat me down at a table. A lady sat down asked me what I wanted, I told her, take these off and put shellac on. She then asked me if I wanted tips put in so I , take these off and put shellac on. Well.....four of them start talking to each other in their language but saying in English “take off, put shallec”. Like you think I don’t know you were talking about me?

The worst service I've had in Airdrie yet, the lady was very rushed. Scowled at me on numerous occasions, get frustrated.

Just awful awful! The end result was great and would go back but no thank you, not after being treated like a piece of dirt. I even thanked her when I was done and she just turned around and walked away. Terrible! If I could give it less than a zero for service I would.

I have been there 5 times now and every time within less than a week my nails chip and break. This time I have had my nails 8 days and 3 have broke off and one is cracked. I called to ask them to fix this since it's been a week and they are falling off and they want to charge me to fix there week nails. Never again.

I just left ms nails & am very happy with my nails but not once did the tech talk to me or ask if I liked my nails. I have tried other places in town but keep going back. But a little customer service...
I just left ms nails & am very happy with my nails but not once did the tech talk to me or ask if I liked my nails. I have tried other places in town but keep going back. But a little customer service goes along way. Come on girls ur day would go a lot faster too if u were more pleasant....just saying!!

I've had some awful experiences in the past with nail salons, but I had a great experience at this nail salon yesterday! I've been wanting to get my nails done for a while now and have been researching a good place to go in airdrie. This salon seems to have some poor reviews, however, I've got a friend that comes here regularly so she said she would take me in to meet the girls. They were very sweet and although they had appointments already booked for the evening they squeezed me in. In the past I've had some troubles with my nail lady not understanding what I want. Fortunately this lady was so sweet! I showed her a photo of what I wanted, a round tip nail at a medium to short length. She would file my nails a bit at a time and ask "Is this good?", "Is this okay?", "do you like this one?". She made sure they were perfect, any small tweaks I wanted done to a nail she did with pleasure. She was so pleasant. She was also gentle with me, she wasn't tugging my hand or turning my fingers too hard. She was gentle when she clipped my cuticles as not to cut me. But the sweetest part was that she finished my nails even after they were closed for the evening. She didn't rush through my nails, she made sure they were perfect and thanked me for being patient. Her boyfriend even showed up to pick her up and she didn't get distracted, she kept checking my nails and making fine touches to be sure they were perfect. I'm so sad that I didn't get her name because I would easily go back to her again. I'm so happy with my nails. They looks so beautiful and the length is perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone 😊

I always get great service when I come here. They always do great work. They speak Vietnamese and they do pedicures, manicures, gel nails, shellac, eyebrows lip, face etc.

Nasty! My daughter and I went in for a manicure and pedicure, shellac, and they plopped me in a tub and left me there for an hour and 10 minutes. After I lifted my feet out because the water was freezing, they refilled it with hot water and continue to make me wait. I have been coming to MS Nails for quite some time because I like the way they do my nails. But, The technicians should communicate with the customer. Never had shellac that had to be repeatedly filed off and not just removed with acetone before. My toenails are unbelievable thin now and my fingernails which were previously long, strong and beautiful are thin and keep breaking as threy grow. When i asked i was very rudely told that you always have to do this. Umm not the case, but thats ok. I will never return.

I never have to wait even when I don't have an appointment and the odd time I have had to wait, it's because they were busy and I didn't have an appointment (that's on me, not them). They are fast and I have never had breakage in all the years I have gone. Thanks MS Nails team!!

A few weeks ago I went and got a full set of nails done. I showed a photo of what I wanted and my end result was kinda the same as the photo however the nails on one hand were not the same as the nails on the other. I called to ask them to fix this since it's been a week and they are falling off and they want to charge me to fix there week nails. Never again.

I've had some awful experiences in the past with nail salons, but I had a great experience at this nail salon yesterday! I've been wanting to get my nails done for a while now and have been researching a good place to go in airdrie. This salon seems to have some poor reviews, however, I've got a friend that comes here regularly so she said she would take me in to meet the girls. I always get great service when I come here. They always do great work. They speak Vietnamese and they do pedicures, manicures, gel nails, shellac, eyebrows lip, face etc.
