Never will I come back to this nail shop not because of the job they did (the girl who did my dip was great) but because I completely understood every word these workers were saying about me. I am complete taken by what I just had to go through at this nail shop. I've been to plenty of nail shop that the workers not knowing I understood their language and NEVER have I experienced this. I advise to everyone who comes to not ask for Kim and hope to have someone who enjoys working with your nails rather than complains and bad mouths you. Read Less

I had a pedicure 2 months ago,I was done in 15 minutes Was not worth the money you pay .They are always rushed.I said I would not go back .but I did last week and got shellac manicure.They girl was so rude she was on her phone the whole time .The polish was thick on the tips of my nails bumpy, The sides of my nails were not painted.was peeling off after 5 days .i called and went back to get them done again .Someone took my polish off then I sat in chair waiting for someone to do my nails.I left .They are Rude and always in a hurry .they go back and forth on people.instead of doing one person at a time. The left three pictures are fr fifteen minutes after the lady said no you're nails are dry you have a great day and pushed me out the door. I questioned them and they still said have a nice night. The two on the left are from a week later. I do not suggest this place they are RUDE!It takes a lot to make me get rude and be mad About a service I paid for and gave almost a ten dollar tip on! I walked in to see if I could get a fill and a pedicure. I have never been to this nail salon before. The place was empty and they had me in the pedicure chair right away. The pedicure was fantastic and they give you a hot stone massage on your feet. After a few minutes, two of their employees came in to work. A lady - who I assumed was the owner, turned and started berating them very loudly about their break times and how slow they worked etc. It was very uncomfortable hearing this. Then a customer came in for a nail fill and the lady that I assumed was the owner, started doing her nails, all the while she continued berating these girls. I really felt bad for the girls. Then she and the lady doing my pedicure starting talking very loudly to each other in their own language. I think the customer and I were both in the same boat; feeling very uncomfortable. When my nail fill was started she noticed that I had very thick culticles and said I should get a manicure. I thought that was what I was doing, as every single other nail salon that I have gone to includes trimming the cuticles in the fill. But no, I was charged an additional $15 for this 'service'. All in all, they do great work, but the confrontation that I was forced to listen to and the extra charges have convinced me not to go back there again. I called to make an appointment and I made sure the lady on the phone knew I wanted the $25.00 fill. She asked if I wanted color, air brish ect. I told her I only wanted the basic fill. I walk into this place and 2 of the staff were sleeping on the waiting area chairs! They were both sprawled across the 10 or so seats. One gets up and does my nails. At the end she wanted to charge me $35.00 which I didnt agree to and the 2 women starting yelling at each other in Chinese. They tried to blame me and they said I asked for 'special tips'. I was very uncomfortable. I ended up paying $28.00 and I will never go there again.Read Less
