I got a ethereal pedi and full set. Quickest pedi ever with no massage. The nail tech who did my full set was lazy. She didn't want to do me any nail art. When I brought her 3 colors she said it was "too hard". And my nails look mediocre at best. Another girl came in after me and asked for a fill in...she told the girl she had another appointment on the way. But then she got in her car and left when they girl walked out! Will never go back! Worst service i've ever had. Started off when I called to make an appointment, they answer and say "yes can I help you?" which the way they said it was rude, than when I told them what i wanted they very rudely said "what ? " to me, I didn't think anything of it really so i go in, instantly rude to me as soon as I go in... i sit down and wait over 20 mins passed my appointment when they weren't even busy. So i show the girl the nails I had on and i'm no nail exp. but instead of prying off what i had maybe just maybe you could have sanded it off like any normal nail place would have but instead you decided to hurt me constantly for 20 mins. I asked for a lime green sparkle color and what i got is nothing close its a dark green with sparkles... You treated me as if I didn't know what I wanted. than the entire time you were doing my nails you talked to the other person there in your own lanuage. I have been going here for a year and I enjoy these two ladies. They work hard and do a good job. I normally get shellac on my nails which lasts about 3 weeks. I have went to two other salons in airdire and airdire nail and spa by far lasts the longest. I will keep coming!Read Less

I have visited this place around 5 times. The first we overall OK. Nothing special, not the best pedicure, but typical. The last 2 times were very rushed. My boyfriend and I went together and booked ahead, they took us in 10 min after our scheduled time (not a big deal) we were not sat together which was a bit disappointing as we wanted to visit. None of the other people getting pedicures seemed happy. We were directed to our chairs and the water was cold for my feet. I really prefer when they have it warmer so it does a better job and makes it more relaxing. Then told me to pick a color which should have happened first. Again not a big deal just painting a picture of the overall experience. My pedixure started before my bfs and his finished before mine. He didn't have his feet scrapped at the bottom even though it should have been done. He hadn't been for a pedicure for awhile and could have used it. Then I saw his feet and the toe nails were long and uneven. Lots of the corners still were on and white was showing still. I fixed them for him when we got home. I really like getting nail art but this wasn't an option as they like to rush you. Last time we added manicures to our pedicures and they were the worst ever. Felt like an afterthought and totally rushed. They concentrate on volume and don't are about the customers experience or quality. We won't be back. Read Less

I LOVE this nail salon and the fact that they are open on Sunday's is a plus!!!! Spring does my nails and is not afraid of trying new things she takes her time and makes sure we are happy with what we get!!! Great Family feel and great customer service! Read Less

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in with an hour and 35 minutes. They told me that they had time to do a pedi/full set/brow wax because I asked up front. I left with a pedi only and a crooked toe nail that I brought to their attention and it wasn't fixed. It was painted over again! Granted, they were busy, but they shouldn't have told me there was time. Now I am going somewhere else to get my hands and brows done. They put me, and my mom, and my grandmother in a chair to soak our feet for about 30 minutes. It was almost like they did it on purpose so we couldn't leave. Never again...never ever ever. And, a woman mentioned that she was a "professional" when we were discussing how much time we had left. Not very professional. Read Less
