Walked in about 4.30pm, asked if they could do refills, they said yes. I sat down, they started drilling off my colour, burnt the side of 3 fingers and cut my nails shorter with out even asking. Then step away to finish off another girl's nails and one of the other lady comes over to me and says come back tomorrow to finish your nails, we don't have time. I then said no, that's okay, I'll go somewhere else. They went to charge me 20$!!! Rude! I walked out.
If they didn't have time, they should of said so to begin with.

it was such a bad experience!i went in this girl with blonde white color hair was servicing me n not even a greeting just straight went in to drill my nails n chicchatting with her frens. n as she was busy chattingwith her frnd she burn my nail.so i have to quickly pull my hand back,she sid oh sorry then continuely doin her job n chattin.then suddenly she passed the job to another one. which paint my nails really bad.i went home really upset then i cant stand how ugly my nails looked so i went back n asked them to redo the job.so she repaint them for me.after the job is all done i smiled n sid thank u to her,she rolled her eyes on me.so rude.wil never go back again.would rather spend my money somewhere else.waste of my time n my money!

I would give a negative number if I could my mum and I went together and she got a pedicure the staff were absolutely rude and talk in their own language and to top it of my mums toe had gotten really swollen but her feet swell up all the time as she is a diabetic and has fluid problems so we thought it was normal until she went to the docters and they told her She got an infection in her toe nail and didn't realise!! She was rushed to hospital and it was to late the infection in her big toe spread to the bone and she had to get her big toe amputated! This experience is life changing and dissapointing fashion nails needs to get closed down !!!

Got a pedicure here today 4/3/18 and it was a pleasant experience. The reviews of this place are quite bad, I originally tried glamour nails who were really quite rude so I made my way over here and I’m glad I did. Great pedi, great massage and nice clean new chairs. Huge range of colours and they were very accommodating when I kept changing my mind on the colour. I’ll come back here for sure. So it really does pay to check a place out for yourself to decide if it’s for you 😊

Disgusting behaviour from staff. Will NEVER in a million years walk back in there. Had a 9am booking but was told too bad you wait as other lady got here first. Burnt most of my nails with the drill but was told it was my fault because I moved and she just laughed. I chose pink colour change gel but got bright red and definitely dosnt change colour which i paid an extra $5 for. How do these salons stay in business. They should be shut down. I'm sure if immigration came in the front door most of them would bolt out the back door

Dreadful service. I was rushed out at 5pm and immediately noticed that 2 of my nails were a different colour as they had 3 coats on them but 2 on the rest. Went back the following day and was told I must have dyed my hair (which I hadn't) and stained my little finger nails! I had been going there for a year so I walked out and have never been back. Avoid as other salons are better.

DO NOT come here ever!!!! Don't waste your money! Staff were so so so rude and unprofessional, worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. Told the lady doing my nails that I have sensitive skin and to be gentle, she was rushing and was very rough and made me bleed. Then when I told her she was being rude had the nerve to tell at me and tell me I wouldn't stop moving etc etc. Bullshit customer service. They should be shut down!!!!

I have been searching for the perfect nail salon for years. And I have found it in Y2K Nail Bar and Beauty Lounge! I will refer everybody I know to this place because they are by far the best around! Very thorough with my pedicure, and even offered suggestions of designs or colors that would suit me best. The owner was very accommodating, very professional, and very sweet. This is my new go-to place for mani-pedis!

I had a gift voucher given to me for my 60th birthday last year 15 Nov but because I have been away for 3 months overseas looking after my sick mother and I have not use it. I just realised the expiry date 15 March and rang them today if they would extend but was refused.
I am very upset because my friends actually purchase this voucher for me and it is not a freebie. I cannot comprehend their business sense and will not recommend any of my friends to go to them.

They were incredibly rude from the start. Very rough and after I told her that I wanted round acrylics, she then told me it wasn't possible AFTER gluing and cutting them down. After much debate she finished off very quickly and left many nails with sharp tags on them. This isn't my first acrylic nails and they are incredibly painful.

They all speak English & are super friendly. There's coffee, water & tea and even snacks. The decor is great & will make you feel like a princess which you should when you're being pampered!

After reading the first 2 reviews I was a bit anxious to redeem my gift voucher today. However the experience was not bad at all. Aside from the Vietnamese music and the poor customer interaction, the actual Shellac and nail art was done very well. Just wish someone would explain the the staff how important a smile and a chat is to most clients!

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Do not go here. I had a pedicure at this salon and after my pedicure one of my nails fell off!! I went back and showed them and they told me that the exposed nail bed, which is just skin, was the new nail growing in and that my nail was already falling off when I came in for my pedicure. This is not possible! It was the roughest, most uncomfortable pedicure I've ever received and the women who work here are rude. Spend your money elsewhere.

I came here this afternoon to have my SNS removed. The girl used a 'drill' to take off most of it, not just the top layer. She was so rough while she was turning my fingers every which way. She drilled so much off it hurt. When I flinched (because it hurt) she just looked at me and I said, that hurt! She just said, oh sorry and continued. Then she soaked my nails and hand with so much acetone that it was running up my arms. She didn't try to make conversation with me but was happy to talk to her co workers and the place was dead quiet, the massive tv wasn't even on. I thought I would give this a try as it is a new place but I wouldn't recommend it. There is no warm vibe, no conversation and they were too rough for my liking.

Walked in about 4.30pm, asked if they could do refills, they said yes. I sat down, they started drilling off my colour, burnt the side of 3 fingers and cut my nails shorter with out even asking. Got a pedicure here today 4/3/18 and it was a pleasant experience. The reviews of this place are quite bad, I originally tried glamour nails who were really quite rude so I made my way over here and I’m glad I did. Great pedi, great massage and nice clean new chairs. Huge range of colours and they were very accommodating when I kept changing my mind on the colour. I’ll come back here for sure. So it really does pay to check a place out for yourself to decide if it’s for you 😊

Burnt most of my nails with the drill but was told it was my fault because I moved and she just laughed. I chose pink colour change gel but got bright red and definitely dosnt change colour which i paid an extra $5 for. How do these salons stay in business. They should be shut down. Dreadful service. I was rushed out at 5pm and immediately noticed that 2 of my nails were a different colour as they had 3 coats on them but 2 on the rest. I have been searching for the perfect nail salon for years. And I have found it in Y2K Nail Bar and Beauty Lounge! I will refer everybody I know to this place because they are by far the best around! Very thorough with my pedicure, and even offered suggestions of designs or colors that would suit me best. The owner was very accommodating, very professional, and very sweet. They were incredibly rude from the start. Very rough and after I told her that I wanted round acrylics, she then told me it wasn't possible AFTER gluing and cutting them down.
