Terrible service. Speaking over the top of me in a different, pointing and laughing. Rushing through the entire job, dirty premises and poor communication thought out. Almost appeared that they were all racing each other to get the jobs done quicker. Definitely won't be back. Read Less

Service here is awful. Did an overall bad job on my french mani pedi, but the real problem was when I asked them to redo one particularly bad fingernail as the white polish line was wobbly and crooked, they told me it was my finger that was crooked. When I said it has never looked like this before even though I've had dozens of mani pedis.. and when compared to the other hand it was odd looking? They then changed their tune and said it was because I didn't shape my own nail properly at home. So apparently they expect you to do half of their work before you arrive. Very unhappy. I had 1 hour to kill before I meet a friend, so I asked if I had the time to get a pedicure, and the lady there assured me it was enough. 1 hour later (the nail polish was already drying for 30min), I asked if I was good to go. She told me that it wasn't dry enough yet, that if I put my shoes on it would destroy it. And when I asked how long I would have to wait, she said "I don't know, 1 more hour maybe..." 1 hour, really?? She wasn't even able to tell me, how unprofessional! Of course I wasn't going to wait 1 more hour, so she suggested to remove everything and put false nails instead. What a joke... I put my shoes on and I left. And it didn't destroy anything, the polish was dry and nice. What was all the fuss about? And I'm just talking about the polish, the general experience was more painfull and uncomfortable than relaxing. Anyway, I won't be back. Read Less

The lady was rude, told me off for not knowing what to do, they laughed at me, and she barely spoke to me the whole time. Paid for SNS, they didn't even do the minimum number of coats, less than a week later my nails are already chipping. They also had incredibly poor hygiene in the store. Waiting for my final coat to seal my nails and she had to go through 5 different bottles because the others were not closed, and all of the substance had jellyfied. I also had to dry my nails under the light, when she came back to inspect them she snarked at me for touching my nails and smudging them, which I absolutely did not, it was her manhandling me to put my nails under the light in the first place! I have been going here since they opened. I love going here, especially for the Cosmopolitan with my Mani/Pedi. But yesterday and today they have been closed. I hope they will reopen soon. I need my Cosmo!!!!! Read Less

Extremely bad experience. The staff members at this professionail were extremely inappropriate with my 2 year old son. One of the staff kept repeating to my son to "forget about mummy, you are coming home with me, tell mummy you forget about her". My son was obviously uncomfortable with this so I told her little boys should never be taught to talk to their parents like that or go with strangers. She then proceeded to try and take him OUT THE BACK of the store, away from my eye-sight, while I was having my toes painted- he usually prefers to sit right next to me but she took his hand and led him away! Despite the fact I told her he needs to stay with me and in my sight, she actually still took him out the back. I then had to forcefully ask another staff member to bring him immediately back and I think they got the picture. It is extremely inappropriate to lead young and impressionable children away from their parents when their parents have asked that their children stay next to them. Really poor English and communication skills. I will not be going back here again and I would recommend anyone with small children beware of their staff's creepy behaviour towards children. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and could not of been happier to get out of this store! Read Less
