We have our very own specialised Gazelle services that you are unable to find anywhere else. Our Gazelle services all come with organic exfoliating scrubs and hot towel masks that leave our clientele feeling completely relaxed.

I’ll begin by saying, the quality of the service produced is stunning. Nails are done beautifully, salon is clean etc. This is the first negative review I’ve ever been compelled to write for a company, and it has everything to do with the customer service. I received a voucher in December, after I had wanted to try out the new Gazelle Nail Lounge. The salon was in Subiaco, within walking distance to my house. I have mobility issues and am unable to travel further than where I can easily walk. So when I learned that the new salon had moved to Doubleview, I knew there was no way for me to get there. I emailed twice politely asking for a refund of this voucher, sending photos of the front and back, as it was just going to go to waste. No response. I know the general procedure is to not refund vouchers, but in the interest of good customer service, I think it’s reasonable to assume some leniency. When you move your store 30 minutes away, you may lose clients and gain new ones, I had expected Gazelle to be understanding of this. All I was after was a refund for the amount that my friend had already paid.

Ladies out there, if you want to be pampered this is the place to come. It's very relaxing and it has a great personality from all the ladies. Me and my daughter will be back very soon.

Nice stuff. Nice complimentary foot massage. Work could be more precise, but for Australian level of beauty salons it is not too bad. I think I will come back.

Such a great nail salon in subiaco, the decor of purple plush throne like chairs, with the chandeliers and opulent looking wall paper gives it such a luxury feel. You definitely feel like you have entered the pamper zone! I had a French manicure and standard pedicure both with polish and was very happy with the results, they were very gentle and efficient too, both treatments in a hour which I like. Great selection of colours and also a super cute little puppy too look at too!

Terrible terrible customer service ! I made an appointment, when I got there the boss made the girl, which I made the appointment with, attending to someone else. Then she started to take my sns nails...
Terrible terrible customer service ! I made an appointment, when I got there the boss made the girl, which I made the appointment with, attending to someone else. Then she started to take my sns nails off. She put the acetone on and wrapped my nails in aluminium paper and disappeared :( I had to take the sns nails off my self, I could feel how damaging this acetone is on my nails ! I have problems with my nails ever since !! Never ever again !!

I’ll begin by saying, the quality of the service produced is stunning. Nails are done beautifully, salon is clean etc. This is the first negative review I’ve ever been compelled to write for a company, and it has everything to do with the customer service.
