Not sure why this place has all these high reviews. Went for an SNS as part of a bridesmaid group and the staff were so abrasive and rude to me. Kept grabbing my hands and twisting them around roughly and tutting at me because it was my first time ever having any sort of nail treatment done so I was totally unsure of what to do. Then to top it all off, my nails were chipped after a week so a poor job as well. Don't waste your money. It's so expensive and the staff are rude. Very bad experience. I got my nails done for a holiday, SNS, and the day after they began to chip. I went straight in and they re-did one nail, but within four days all the nails were chipped and coming off. Only a week after I got them done, I went back as soon as I was back from holiday. Not only did they not apologise (considering they are meant to last for 3-4 weeks) but they insisted it was my fault for not coming in again (despite being out of town on holiday) and then tried to charge me to get the chipped SNS removed. Terrible customer service and poor quality product meaning my nails are now in bad condition. I will not be going back! Read Less

I am getting married Friday and haven't had my nails done in a long time. It's hard finding a place that does exactly what you ask, but I found they here. Their service is amazing! They do an excellent job at making sure your mani/ pedi is perfect. I had a pro tech do my gel manicure and loved her! She is so gentle and does a wonderful job! I will be coming here again! They were able to accommodate my friend and I within five minutes. For the lotions and exfoliants they used the products which are favorites of mine. The environment was so peaceful and soothing, I think my friend and I only said a few words to each other. It took about a hour for a mani and a pedi. The atmosphere was wonderful. As far as the technician's talent goes it was ok. The reason why I would go back is because of the atmosphere and service. The techs were very nice, thoughtful and accommodating.
