I went in to get sns done and ended up with really thin sns. Chipped within a few days and didn't last very long at all. After 2 weeks I have only got 6 nails left, the rest snapped off and/or fell off. Not impressed.

I'm being coming here for 2 years now and Gina and Anna have been a delight as they have been friendly, professional and my nails never look so good and healthy. Thanks for the advice for the powder before gel as it helps my soft nails so much. The pricing is very reasonable too 💕

Reply: first of all, I’m well aware of the difference between a normal polish and a shellac polish. How dare u use such a condescending tone like I am an imbecile? Second of all, I wasn’t “rough” on my nails as u suspected , and I don’t appreciate u implying that I didn’t know how to care for a manicure after it’s done. I have done better NORMAL polish on myself using better quality polish that lasted way longer than your $25 one. I came to u waiting to be wowed and instead just left with regrets. Not trying to make a big thing out of it but instead of accusing me of being ignorant maybe u should take more time into thinking how to improve your service for your next potential customer. I’m done with u anyways.
I wouldn’t exactly call the price reasonable as a simple nail polish coats $25! I have had perfect shellac done on my nails that costed as much . The worst part is it already chipped 2 hours after it’s done. Very disappointed!!!
I would insert photos if I knew how. Chips happened on my left ring finger and right thumb.
Update: now is 11:53pm, roughly 6.5 hours since the nails were done. Nine out of ten fingers are chipped. Not small ones either. First time reviewing cos I got really disappointed with what I paid and what I got. The 5 stars reviews were the reason I chose this salon in the first place but I’m seriusly let down. Massively underwhelmed.
Would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Got a pedicure. The massage chair is nice and has many functions. The pedicure itself was better than most I've gotten in Perth. Really took their time to scrub the dead skin off and massage the feet and legs.
Cons: He guy finished painting my nails and just left to do another customer. I was left there waiting for them to dry without explanation and than after 20 min a different one came and took the dividers without saying a word and escorted me to the till. Poor costumer service and not very nice behaviour.
If you don't care about those things I would definitely recommend this one over other malls and centers.

The best nails i've ever had Tony was amazing! He gave me ombre nails with a $5 discount which was nice and the staff are super friendly unlike most nail salons

I am particular about my manicures and prefer people to not know that I have on fake, shellaced nails, and not many manicurists understand this. My experience with PrimeTime Nails and Spa has always been positive and Anna especially makes sure I am happy with how my nails are looking every step of the way. Would definitely recommend. Their prices are very competitive and they also offer student discounts.
