Hi, been going here for over 1 year, but after today I will not be going back. I had one staff doing a pedicure and one doing my fingernails. Staff chat between themselves and don't pay attention to what they doing. I agree with the last comment left. Staff need to be a little more professional when people are paying for a service. Not a very happy customer!

Hi, been going here for over 1 year, but after today I will not be going back. I had one staff doing a pedicure and one doing my fingernails. Staff chat between themselves and don't pay attention to what they doing. I agree with the last comment left. Staff need to be a little more professional when people are paying for a service. Not a very happy customer!

As a regular customer for around a year and a half at this salon and after today I’m done! The nails are less professional than when I 1st went in over a year ago and the staff are very rude and non professional! Service is meant to be for the customers to except the best service for the price that is required at the end. My only hope is that they read this and improve the professionalism in this salon. We live in Australia and customer service is a highly recommended duty of care in any industry. My advice honestly, speak to your customers with integrity and with English as customers do enjoy relaxing and talking with people ecspecially people who are serving them, as this is a sign of respect and presentation of the type of awesome business customers invest both their time and their money into! Unfortunately Moon Nails & Beauty is not one I would recommend!

Always do a great job on nails but i kind of find it rude that all the staff talk amongst themselves in their own language and dont attempt to engage in conversation with clients.

I asked for a light eyebrow tint, not too dark and not black. I walked out crying with jet black eyebrows and instructions to scrub it off (after I paid). There were several times during the procedure...
I asked for a light eyebrow tint, not too dark and not black. I walked out crying with jet black eyebrows and instructions to scrub it off (after I paid). There were several times during the procedure I asked for the tint to be wiped off but I was ignored. Awful experience.

The salon is usually quiet, being in a smaller shopping centre so they welcome walk ins. I've been here 3 times now and every time I've been they have given me a great foot massage. My aching feet welcome the warm soak, the soothing massage and of course the new colour each time I come in.

As a regular customer for around a year and a half at this salon and after today I’m done! The nails are less professional than when I 1st went in over a year ago and the staff are very rude and non professional!
