3-4 stars, did ok job on my gel manicure. Very little stress to the nail when removing previous gel color which was very thick. Nails look amazing in the end but there is base coat LED dried on my skin around 8/10 nails, She accidentally put base coat on 2 nails when supposed to be finishing with top coat. Didn't alcohol nails after final LED. Gave massage after all done but my hands and arms were dusty still when she put lotion. Lady was kinda "rushed" , all over the place... kinda ,which is never good in a cosmetic service place of any kind. I still tipped $5 cause they did come out amazing. But I just pay attention to little details. I would come back but I'd either try someone different or point these things out to her while I'm there. I was very happy with the service I received today. My nails look spectacular. I love the fact that they have disposable thongs you can wear if needed and that they offer a bottle of water. Very resonably priced and the service was great. The massage chairs are amazing! Read Less

Well I can't understand most of the girls and it's important because no communication. I told the girl I wanted my toenails short and I had to tell her several times because she didn't do it. Beautiful place, with beautiful staff with experience. I have had my nails done here a number of times since they have opened have always had a great experience here! The girls are lovely and experienced! I love my nails every time I get them done and they are always happy to give me recommendations on colours and styles! The shop is brand spanking new, and if you get a pedicure you can try their fancy massage chairs! This place is a dam joke. I came here a day before my wedding and god their prices are ridiculous the guy asked me what shappe i wanted i said coffin he says okay that will be 5 dolla mo like excuse me were in the world do they have they charge extra for size?! False advertisement then the other ladies there were so rude seriously the nails ended up coming to $90 i rather keep going to Rainbow Nails i pay only $35 for my nails and here they go over board never again plus the nails looked so disgusting they did not do them right idk why this place is still open but this place sucks go to Rainbow Nails!! This place was highly recommended. When I got here I was told the person that was recommended and whom I booked appointment had been double booked, so I came back 3 hours later, he never even apologized. I gave the benefit of doubt and am here a second time. Made appointment one week in advance, was told I was his first appointment. The only reason i gave this place 4 stars is because i havent been a customer for that long. ive only gotten pedicures so far and Kelly is amazing! she takes her time and is very into her work. she doesnt rush through and actually does an outstanding job. she even puts my sandals back on for me unlike another worker when the first time i got a pedicure there left me and i was lost trying to find out where to go next.
