The worst pedicure that I have ever had. Looked disgusting .
I was ignored when I firstly presented at the salon so left and called in after my shopping but wished I hadn’t bothered.
The staff were unfriendly and pre occupied on their phones. The technician didn’t even remove my old nail polish and just painted over the top of it.
I don’t know what they used on my feet but the skin on the soles of my feet came off in sheets for around three weeks after the pedicure.
I was a nail tech for many years and can assure you that these girls have no training.
Also I suspect that they are avoiding tax as they won’t accept anything but cash.
It’s disgusting and why the tax department aren’t auditing these Asian salons is beyond me. I’m so sick of the poor standard and ethical practice of these salons as I always did the right thing by my customers and paid tax.

An unfriendly atmosphere, staff gossips about you infront of you, and questioning you if you have been there before. When I confronted her about it, she rudely and forcefully pointed at a staff member...
An unfriendly atmosphere, staff gossips about you infront of you, and questioning you if you have been there before. When I confronted her about it, she rudely and forcefully pointed at a staff member initiating that she was talking to her. Other staff members also came to have a look and when I made eye contact they looked away.
I got less work done than previously (-pedicure) and still got charged over a 100$.
I also had an accident with my natural nail under their product . I told her my nail was lose and sensitive, she continued putting a very long nail over a damaged nail. I didn’t even bother telling her again it’s too long because it was already a burden for her to do my nails. She continued saying this is a hard job. After the nail lasted 5 hours and my whole natural nail was ripped off to the end of the nail bed.
I don’t recommend this organisation to be attended at all.

Terrible customer service! I thought I would try this place as I was doing my food shopping in the centre, went to have SNS done. They asked me to sit then moved me to another seat, none of the ladies...
Terrible customer service! I thought I would try this place as I was doing my food shopping in the centre, went to have SNS done. They asked me to sit then moved me to another seat, none of the ladies were polite with speaking to me, they put my hands in acetone to soak off previous SNS i had done elsewhere, left me there for 25mins while doing other customers, then after I said my hands felt tingling from the acetone a lady came over and rudely started grinding off the SNS, then stuck my hands back into the acetone and proceeded with her other customer. Left me there soaking in acetone for a further 15mins then I said I've decided I dont want to proceed because I'm not happy with the service. I was then asked to wash my hands and charged $15. The customer service at this place is beyond disgusting and I would highly recommend no one to go here to have their nails done.

Nails took a really long time. I had about 4 different people do them and staff were rude and whispering to each other when customers were sitting right in front of them. Won't be going back.
