Visited for the first time yesterday and can honestly say it will not be my last. I had a 1 hour massage followed by an express facial then a hair wash. Mia was so professional and delivered an awesome massage and facial. Also thanks to the lovely young lady who washed my hair. The counter staff were happy and very helpful. The pricing is very affordable. This will be a monthly event for me from now on. Thanks again for such a beautiful experience.

I come here for haircuts and for the occasional makeup (school ball). All the staff are lovely and the prices are extremely affordable, especially for the quality of the services provided. Compared to the salons and spas I've visited in the area, I can say with utmost confidence that My Pure Indulgence is by far the best and I always look forward to booking an appointment with them.

I have been to both of their locations, the newer one I went to was horrible, the tech there was more of a student and it took 4 hours for him to do my nails. He informed me mid set that this was his first time doing these! They were reallllly thick and un-natural and somehow ended up costing me $75!?! All I got was an ombré set of acrylics.. which turned out horrible...so I just paid it and never returned, the older location (near babies r us) I went and treated myself to a ...more expensive pedicure... only to realize there was almost zero difference in the basic one. That day I got a mani and pedi... only to be left disappointed, my cuticles were torn up, and both the polish on my toes and hands started chipping off the very next day... and I have got mani and pedis all of the time from other places and they NEVER chip like that. Soooo moral of my story... just because somewhere has way higher prices... doesn't mean you are guaranteed excellent work and great customer service. Because both of these locations are overpriced WITHOUT impeccable service. See more

Traveled to Richmond to get myself and my daughter pedicures and manicures. Worst experience ever & I have been to numerous salons in my lifetime. This is the first that I've ever written a negative response. The language barrier was hard, you ask for one thing and you receive the opposite. Don't ask to have them trimmed, they will literally cut your entire nail way down. It's a shame you leave without completing your service. Live and learn. Just because some people review things as being fantastic, doesn't mean it always is.

Over priced for shitty work! I normally pay $45 (somewhere else with all the same "extras") and my nails will last almost 1 month. I paid $60 and my nails were breaking the same week.

I came here 2 months after they opened. When I first came in, the receptionist was very friendly and was so kind to help me find a color that I like, being the picky person that I am. The technician that took care of me was very thorough and took their time. I definitely felt very relaxed and ready for a nap after I was done. Will be back soon!

This place is such a gem. I came here with my daughter and we both got a lavishing pedicure. They put real ginger and lemongrass into my pedicure tub! We loved the extra neck and shoulder massage that was included with our service. The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. We we also given a large plate of fruit, and offered drinks. Can't wait for the wine! The atmosphere here is decadent. They play soft jazz that is so relaxing. I definitely recommend this spa and will be telling all my coworkers about it. Plus ask for Lynda she does great work and is so personable. Love it here!

I have been getting waxed regularly for about 10 years. I walked out of there after waxing bruised and swollen. I have never experienced so much pain.

Visited for the first time yesterday and can honestly say it will not be my last. I had a 1 hour massage followed by an express facial then a hair wash. Mia was so professional and delivered an awesome massage and facial. Also thanks to the lovely young lady who washed my hair. The counter staff were happy and very helpful. The pricing is very affordable. This will be a monthly event for me from now on. Thanks again for such a beautiful experience.

This place is such a gem. I came here with my daughter and we both got a lavishing pedicure. They put real ginger and lemongrass into my pedicure tub! We loved the extra neck and shoulder massage that was included with our service. The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. We we also given a large plate of fruit, and offered drinks.
