Finishes....heads to check out. "That will be $65 thanks "...'what? You said $45. Oh that was a refill. What? Oh its $45 next time just ask for a refill. That's all you pay. Me...annoyed ... Comes back in 3, weeks. Can I have a refill ?, owner; that's $55, to include a soak. PEOPLE. Get your prices properly explained. The rudeness of the owner beyond measure. The 2nd time went there bc first time was great, however, the service varies, all depends on which girl you go with. I only asked for simply trimming my skin a little bit for a couple of fingers, then the lady went to talk to the owner without telling me what's going on, in the beginning she refused to do it for me as my nails were on colour already, she came back with bad attitude, she did it for my all fingers... in the end surcharged me extra 10bucks, you can't expect peop...le to know your price list very well, it's always a nice gesture to let your customer to know what you going to do, if trimming skin is called as mini mani, always nice to remind customers, it's not like when you're doing nails, you can't talk, is it?! I have been coming here for years even back in the old shop and could not fault the service and professionalism of the staff.
