The quality is in the name, I leave happy every time! The ladies are always very gentle and take the time to give you perfect results. My nails always look classy and sophisticated (unlike other places that leave them looking chunky and crooked), I refuse to go elsewhere now as I’ve never found a nail place as clean or professional as Perfect Nails. If I need an appointment they are more than accommodating, including peak times when the girls are busy however I’ve never had to wait longer than 30 minutes when I walk in without an appointment but I try book as these ladies are in high demand! Thank you Perfect Nails for always making my hands pretty ❤️

My first experience with the perfect nails is worst than one star..But I guess have to give at least 1 star to add a review..
I took my daughter recently during school holidays for shellac(hands).After few days colour came in layers from few her fingers..I went to them next day and complained..The lady I spoke to first was lovely..Except the one with very short hair (cant remember the name).She was so rude and said to me they are busy..So she didn't have time to talk to me and asked me to bring my daughter with me..
I took my daughter on Saturday on 5th of May. Same woman with short hair spoke to me..Again she was so rude and said to me they were busy..So we just walked out..Excuse me??Are you kidding me??Why did you ask me to bring my child over at first place and Yes sometimes they can be busy..But she could say politly and asked me to wait..I could wait and even pay again ..But my aim was just to let them know they are using cheap or wrong products,so other people dont have to experience this..
Absolutely disrespectful,rude and unprofessional..Very disappointed the way they deal with the complains. Never going back again and will spread the word..
Update:No that's absolutely a lie. Your staff member said to me they are very busy and she said it very rudely..Nothing about coming back and stuff.
Anyways Its only $20..Not a big deal. I could happily pay that again. But I guess adults should learn some basic manners especially when they are working in this kind of industry. I will not be coming back..

Being a nail technician myself but unable to work due to an injury I really find it difficult to get my nails done elsewhere and feel comfortable and confident in the person doing it. After I searched Google Perfect nails Morley came up in my list I like the way their website was presented I showed me they really cared about their business and quality of work. I called them on my way to Morley hoping by chance to get an appointment ASAP they we're able to make an appointment 15 minutes later which was great. The owner of this business is so welcoming yet professional and most definitely accommodating. I mean that as in my 5 year old daughter was with me and like most 5 year olds was being difficult. They did my daughter's nails whilst I was having mine done which was a great relief on my behalf. I had SNS done and they look great everything was clean and the staff knew what they were doing I would definitely recommend perfect nails to my friends and family and we definitely be a reoccuring customer thank you for a great job see you soon
