If no stars was an option I’d choose that. My mum had a $100 voucher so we were both going to get a mani pedi and pay the difference. They said only one person could use the voucher. As soon as they realised we had a voucher they were so rude. We ended up having an argument and left. I gave the voucher to my friend to use as it expired within 2 days. When she went to use it they said they’d cancelled the voucher. I fought with them for weeks to get a refund as you can’t just cancel a valid voucher. They finally said they’d give me another voucher. Yeah, to their shop in either Two Rocks or Bunbury. The whole experience has put me off all nail salons.

First time been here to get my nails done, would recommend to everyone, staff are nice! I haven't had anyone do my nails as good as this place will be back!😊

Never will I be back here. Had gel acrylics done, cuticles weren't pushed back, nail was put on crooked then shaped back into place. Lasted 3 days before they started lifting. Went back in today to ge...
Never will I be back here. Had gel acrylics done, cuticles weren't pushed back, nail was put on crooked then shaped back into place. Lasted 3 days before they started lifting. Went back in today to get them removed and was astonished by the price they were trying to charge me to them remove their error so took my business elsewhere after their unaccommodating, impersonal customer service.

Spent too much time filling down all my acrylics that each finger looked thin and flat. Not all shaped to how my real nails are curved naturally. Asked for square shape and walked out with half square...
Spent too much time filling down all my acrylics that each finger looked thin and flat. Not all shaped to how my real nails are curved naturally. Asked for square shape and walked out with half square and the other half coffin shaped. Had another lady redo them but there was no improvement. I left regardless of how they looked as I didn't want to spend another 2.5hrs in there just for a simple refill. There are many reasons why I stopped coming here along time ago. Thought I'd give them another chance. Biggest mistake!

If no stars was an option I’d choose that. My mum had a $100 voucher so we were both going to get a mani pedi and pay the difference. They said only one person could use the voucher. As soon as they realised we had a voucher they were so rude. We ended up having an argument and left. I gave the voucher to my friend to use as it expired within 2 days.
