Can't say enough about them! Went for my first time before going back to work from maternity leave and took my 12 week old thinking he would sleep, he did not. The staff (and other awesome customers) tolerated his babbling and at times fussiness, me walking around to keep him quiet etc. The technician who did my nails stood up with me while I swayed with him to keep him quiet, seriously they all went above and beyond! I had a nice enough experience. I just had a refill done on my acrylics and regular polish put on. The lady doing me was friendly and polite but she did start on me then I had to wait for about 20 minutes while she finished on someone else because there was only two people working in the store. She did a lovely even coat of polish and was gentle with all the filing and sanding. She even used what I guess was a uv top coat so I was able to walk out just minutes after she finished with dry beautiful nails. Overall, I am very happy with my results but would have liked it if I didn't have to sit and wait with half finished nails for so long. Read Less
