If Thang is having a bad day, don't enter the shop. He is rude and obnoxious. Telling a customer she is a bad person because she didn't have an appt but still making here sit down to have her nails ...
If Thang is having a bad day, don't enter the shop. He is rude and obnoxious. Telling a customer she is a bad person because she didn't have an appt but still making here sit down to have her nails done. Then getting upset with her as she tries to make conversation and leaving her with half done nails, refusing to finish his work. When he finally did go back to her, he proceeded to tell every one that walked in that this customer was a bad person reducing her to tears. WHO DOES THAT ?!. He has never had and will NEVER have my business. I DONT CARE WHAT SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. How dare he treat a customer this way. How uncomfortable for anyone else in the shop. 🖓🖓 2 thumbs down for you Thang.

I have had such great customer service and treatments from Honey, Fong, Mindy, Annie, T and more! Thank you ladies. The shoulder/neck massage option is amazing!

Black & Latino consumers be ware. They are RACIST! I went there today and I had to ask for a glass of wine after being there for fifteen minutes. The Caucasian ladies sat down and was immediately offered the complimentary glass of wine. I asked her was that protocol for me to ask for a glass of wine. She then responded and said it was too early to drink. Needless to say I won't be returning. Your service is disgusting !

Never even made it to the chair. Waited over an hour and thirty minutes to be seated for a mani and pedi but was overlooked multiple times. I was really excited about the place but their system was horrible. Walk ins who came after me were seated and serviced before me. And then after letting them know to cancel my service, I was pretty much blown off.

I had a very amazing day spending time here with a friend. I had my nails done with the dip powder and was told it would last a long time. I work in EMS and I am very hard on my hands. I love this place but I am slightly disappointed that my nail already chipped one day after I got it done.

Thang is an excellent nail artist and has been the only technician I have entrusted to do my nails since he opened his first shop in Beaufort St Mt Lawley some 3 years ago. He is very experienced, very quick and very reasonably priced. Besides acrylic tips he offers manicures and pedicures and gel nails and can also create awesome nail art including diamentes. At the moment the Walcott Shop doesn't have EFTPOS but the Beaufort St shop does. He provides monthly special offers, uses OPI polish. There is parking outside the shop until 4pm when the street is a clearway. There is 2 hour parking in a side street over the road parallel to Beaufort Street.

My friend and I came here yesterday! Me for a pedicure & manicure with shellac polish and he got a manicure and clear shellac polish & a brow wax and we are both super happy and will be back! Wendy was my technician and she was great and Meng was his! He was scared to get his brows waxed (being a man and all) and Meng did an awesome job on it! I'll definitely be back to see Wendy!! Also these people seem honest and don't try to jack up prices like a lot of places. A lot of places I've been to will try to scam for services and use language barrier as an excuse...this place does not from what I can tell.

Small and friendly nail salon off Walcott Street near the main Mt Lawley strip of cafes and shops. It's best to call for an appointment but walk-ins seem to work too. I got a pedicure with shellac (first time) for $45 and was told it should last 4 weeks which is exciting. My nail technician was super sweet and the owner is quick and direct. Good range of OPIs and a few other brands. They have 2 spa seats and 4 manicure seats, so not the best for big groups. They have two locations and this one is right near my house so will become my local!

I had a very amazing day spending time here with a friend. I had my nails done with the dip powder and was told it would last a long time. I work in EMS and I am very hard on my hands. I love this place but I am slightly disappointed that my nail already chipped one day after I got it done.

Small and friendly nail salon off Walcott Street near the main Mt Lawley strip of cafes and shops. It's best to call for an appointment but walk-ins seem to work too.
