Disgusting customer service, picked a colour and as you know, colours often vary from palette to nail and this was the case so when I asked to change the colour as I was not happy with it, the girl turned around and said "no more next colour I'm painting" whatever happened to making the customer happy??? Will not return ever!!!!

i went in asking for a full set of acrylic nails. when the lady asked, i clearly said normal colour and not shellac. i asked for long nails with a coffin shape and a nude colour. not only did the man laugh and suggest i get shorter, but the colour i picked was also apparently a dodgy nail polish. after a while a lady started working on my left hand whilst the man continued to work on my right. this resulted in uneven nails - both in shape and length! they didn’t even compare the nails they were filing. when i was done, i got charged $60 for shellac, instead of the original $50 set i asked for. when i questioned the extra charges, the man rudely stated that normal colour is bad and doesn’t last long. in a mocking tone he then asked if i wanted him to repaint them with normal polish.

Cash only for gift voucher which expires in 6 months. My money doesn't expire! $30 more for a long term nail polish. Wake up retailer, you're working with people who can go elsewhere for better value ...

So I have literally just finished at the Professionail Morley.
I walked in asking for a full set of acrylic nails. I wanted fire truck red, he started doing my nails and he asked me what I wanted, when I said the colour choice he made an opinion on what colour I SHOULD get for my age (25 yo) and that the colour I wanted I wasn’t mature enough for. I then selected my colour on the chart, he then chose another colour and compared it to the one I had chosen and said is this close enough? I said yes because it did look like it was close enough. Little did I know it was a shellac paint not a normal paint.. in return I was scammed to pay $60 for shellac not $50 for the normal colour which I originally wanted.. shellac was not my choice as I was already getting acrylic and didn’t need extra strong paint on top. Has anyone else had this bs from other stores!!! 😞
