If I could give no stars I would. I wish I had read the reviews like I usually would rather than going according to my impulsive decisions.
I went in asking the difference between powdered nails and acrylic nails and all the lady could tell me was that powder is more clearer so I made the decision to get a powdered set.
After getting my nails roughened i told her I want my nails short to which she then insists I get 'SNS' nails cause it's healthier to which I very HESITANTLY agree and begun to pick my colour from the nail stand.
I hear her then speak in Vietnamese which I unfortunately understand which they unfortunately do not know.
"You can all close the machines now~"
"a quick $45 from this"
(the man asks to help her)
"it's one colour I'll be finished fast"
To all the people that have complained that they these people were talking their language to each other I can confirm they're talking behind your backs.
As I was pushed to pick the colour I paused and looked and her and told her I was not happy because I understood what she said. She doesn't understand this. Yes I can speak Vietnamese but understand I have grown up in Australia and English is my comfortable language which alone I was having trouble speaking in because I was getting flustered and upset. This is my first experience ever, I really don't know what to do in this situation I can feel my face burning and I'm choking up, I've already gone this far but I don't want this person handling my nails anymore... The guy can see this and he whispers to her again in Vietnamese "just let her do the nails she wants..."
She begins insisting to me otherwise and that I should definitely pick 'SNS' nails. I finally pull myself back together and pick a colour. I just looked to the side away from her the entire time. Its over and done with. My nails are chunky and uneven especially if you look from the sides. She walks away and the guy helps me with cleaning etc.
They get my $45.
They lose my recommendation and the customers I would have brought.

went there as a treat for myself after the WORST week but as soon as I walked out I started crying/laughing. It’s rediculous that I just paid someone to ruin my nails... like my actual real nails are ...
went there as a treat for myself after the WORST week but as soon as I walked out I started crying/laughing. It’s rediculous that I just paid someone to ruin my nails... like my actual real nails are messed up now and I have an event in a week. DONT GO HERE they’re rude and it’s like they don’t care AT ALL. Everyone I’ve seen since then has laughed or gone into the whole “oh my god I’m so sorry for you” mode because that’s how rediculous this looks. On top of that the customer service was appauling. Just don’t go here.

Totally disappointed! Messy, colour all over my fingers couldn't get off. Rude, just ask customers to come, and then don't have EFT pos. Why not tell everyone before you started? Trap!

We not only pay for the service we receive but how we receive it.
ZERO customer service, zero care about their customers returning or about how they treat people. It is clear the ladies who work here certainly don’t enjoy their job or respect their customers.
I had to ask them to acknowledge my mother when I was treating her to a birthday pedicure which I exclaimed as we walked in.
The service is appalling, the service is over priced and is not worth spending any money or time.

I paid $70 had chips and rough edges took an hour and ten mins so went over my lunch break by a bit, came back to get them fixed and got treated even worse, honestly speaking different languages is fine but not even bothering to apologise or say hello goodbye is just ridiculous, service is disgusting, will never go back and will be letting friends and family know also and I work in the galleria so not very good for them.

I had my nails done and I also was concerned about hygiene she was using nail files that were used up and not sanitized. Then I decided to also get eye lash extensions within a two days one eye was really messed up .. I went back they fixed it and a week later they were again falling off .. 80$ lasted me a week and now my own eye lashes are terrible .. I will never go back

I'm normally quite happy with my nails here, but recently things have changed for the worst.Getting my nails done, is a little luxury for me and I enjoy the pampering process, however the nail technician who did mine, seemed like she was in a hurry to finish and I felt like a bother. Instead of asking me to choose a different colour as the polish was dry, she just put some nail polish remover in the bottle, which caused the nail polish to come out looking matte - not what I wanted. Everything was watered down, even the top coat! The small shop did nothing to diffuse my disappointment. I already felt uncomfortable and cramped even with 4 customers as there is little room to move. The attention to detail just wasn't there unfortunately and I left feeling disgruntled.

went there today for my first french manicure ever. the lady at the front was rude as and while doing my nails was a bit rugh... i like to talk but she was absolutely impossible to talk with so i sit there for 40mins with no one single word. at some stage i looked quickly at my nails and she said "r they okay?" and that's it. she looked in a rush and i didnt really enjoy it...but....i have to say that my nails were absolutely gorgeous!!! next time i'll do my pedicure but with someone else cause i saw the other girls there were having a nice chat. so the thing is: the result was good but if u go to have a nice time prob it's better having a pedicure with that comfortable massage chair...

Great little salon inside the Galleria. $35 for a deluxe pedicure which included the pedi, a leg massage and nail colour. I walked up to the shop at 12.30pm and they fitted me in straight away. Very friendly staff and the owner is lovely. Its a very busy shop and everyone that left commented on how happy they were with the service. I will definitely be going back for more pedicures.

Really cool nail salon. They're at the breaking edge of new nail techniques with really cool new things. Diamantes on your nails, to name one. I'm not sure if it's new on the global scale but it blew my mind. I went there to get a new full set and it was really cheap considering the sale they've got on at the moment. The girls are really lovely and they are easier to communicate with than most people who work at these stores. My nails looked really amazing and whenever I can get back to the galleria I will get my nails done there.

It’s rediculous that I just paid someone to ruin my nails... like my actual real nails are messed up now and I have an event in a week. DONT GO HERE they’re rude and it’s like they don’t care AT ALL. I had my nails done and I also was concerned about hygiene she was using nail files that were used up and not sanitized. Then I decided to also get eye lash extensions within a two days one eye was really messed up .. I went back they fixed it and a week later they were again falling off .. 80$ lasted me a week and now my own eye lashes are terrible .. I will never go back

Great little salon inside the Galleria. $35 for a deluxe pedicure which included the pedi, a leg massage and nail colour. I walked up to the shop at 12.30pm and they fitted me in straight away.
