Horrible experience!! My gma nails were very thick and different shapes. Still, we weren't rude yet owner was very nasty and arrogant & didn't want to the technician to fix nails. Bluntly asked my gma soak nails off and then rudely asked us to leave before they were finished.Very disappointed and embarrassed bc I actually suggested this place. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Not one of the ladies that were chopping and changing between me said hello. When I was spoken to it was very rudely. I was explaining what I wanted done and the lady I was speaking to walked off halfway through the conversation. I couldn't quite believe it and neither could the lady sitting next to me. This lady only cut the nails on one side of my hand and left the other. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails she just did what she wanted. She quickly whacked the colour on and was quite rough. When she told me my nails were finished I couldn't quite believe it. There was gel all down the sides and underneath my nails. They had no shine and were all bumpy, very disappointed with the experience was and the quality of the job. It was that bad I asked her to take it all off. 2 hours of my life and $25 dollars I won't be getting back. I urge everyone to take your money elsewhere. Read Less

Really disappointing experience. English is basic, so when trying to book an appointment and they don't understand they get frustrated and hang up. Even hung up on my male friend who was asking for the shop location for me telling him "No this shop not for you". When I got there they had an SNS manicure on special for $30 on their board outside the shop. Great! Sat down and enquired into mirror effect and was told $10 more, so I confirmed $40 and agreed. As they were doing the mirroring I was told "now $20 more" - $50. I was a bit annoyed but agreed. As I was paying I told them they finish was very bumpy, they hadn't coated they whole nail (missing sides and not all the way to the nail bed) and there was a hard resin all under my nails and I didn't want to pay for a "manicure" when they hadn't given me a manicure (no cutical treatment, no moisturiser, no nail oil, mis shaped nails cut different lengths). They told me they would fix next time! When I got home and saw the real poor quality in natural light I checked my account and they'd charged me an addition $10 - so in total I paid $60! Had excellent service. My nail tech Vyvy was friendly, professional, and very good. I've been getting the dipping/powder service for over 3 years but this was my first time having it done here and she did an amazing job. With me being used to the services and its process, she did everything as it was suppose to be done. I'll definitely be back to see her and will become a regular customer. Jacie is by far the best nail technician there. Her pedicures are perfectly on point and her manicures are the same. She really takes the time to make sure you're happy with the length of your nails, as well as the colors you choose and let's you know if a color isn't going to show up on your nails well because some of the polish looks different on the samples you can choose from (unlike others there). I've been in there before in her absence and let someone else do them. NEVER again. The owners are really nice and understanding as well. I've only ever had my finger nails done by Nancy twice but I can tell she's a perfectionist when it comes to that and they came out flawless. Hands down the best nail spot in the area. Jaci is the best Nail Tech. She is the only one I have ever came back to see and I have been coming back for about a year now. YEA JC!!
