Well I had no idea why Gentle Nails have only 1.8 stars. I have been using Gentle Nails I think at least 4 years. They are amazing. Highly recommend

Terrible.. took my 2 daughters.. miss 8 had her fingers painted and they neglected to paint a 2nd coat of bright pibk on 2 nails and when i questioned they just out a clear coat over.. which you could...
Terrible.. took my 2 daughters.. miss 8 had her fingers painted and they neglected to paint a 2nd coat of bright pibk on 2 nails and when i questioned they just out a clear coat over.. which you could still see the difference.. my other daughter and i hsd a pedi.. sat there for 20mins after colour was applied then only when my husband arrived did they come back over n realised they hadnt applied the top shiny coat; quickly put it on then tried to put my thongs on only to smudge the big toes with a chunk of polish in a big lump.. rather than just wipe off n reapplu the guy just repainted the bit missing.. very disappointed!

After having shellac on my long natural nails at gentle nails location, it was thick and uneven, not happy. I went to have my shellac removed, suppose to be soaked off by wrapping in foil etc. Gentle nails at mandurah forum placed all my nails in a bowl of acetone proceeded to use two different drill bits , not sanitized at all 😱 on my natural nails, leaving them with grooves and swirls. I am furious, I would never step foot or hand again in a gentle nails store.

Had my nails done 3 days later have two left and one of my nails melted and lit on fire as i lit a cigerette ive been getting my nails done a wile now and this is the worst i have ever had biggest waste of 75 bucks. On a budget and cant get them fixed either absolute waste! Sorry to say so convenient otherwise 😣

Top shelf always treated so good 😊 Eog man thing about having a pedi done but by the 2nd trip ingrown toes feel great and 4th trip Sunday I am 1st out the door looking for the next trip 😎

My first experience was great. On September 10 I went in hoping to repeat the initial experience. First, the person I made an appointment with was not in due to an accident. Understandable but a phone call would have been appreciated. Second I was assigned to a person who was substandard at best. She could not even understand that because I have to wear tights or panty hose to work my nails had to be rounded rather than sharp edges. I finally took the file away and smoothed the edges myself. I had two badly broken nails from travel the previous week and asked that they be repaired. she started polishing without even attempting a repair. that's when I stopped it. Went to Royal today to get my brows waxed because at that point I had/have no faith that anything would be done properly.

My first experience was great. On September 10 I went in hoping to repeat the initial experience. First, the person I made an appointment with was not in due to an accident.
