A beautiful experience. Service was impeccable- I arrived early but was seen through straight away and thoroughly looked after. Refreshments were lovely- the relaxation area is blissful. The front reception staff need to lift their game considerably. No welcome. No addressing me by my name. One girl took my voucher, read it and simply passed it to the other girl. I was then just asked to take a seat. The next girl who came to get me was a delight even though she did not tell me who she was. The spa was enjoyable The lady who did the exfoliation was lovely although her name was difficult ???? The massage was lovely too but the smell of the tea tree oil wa...s overpowering and made my lip go numb. Overall it was a good experience and i hope that you speak to reception staff about their manner. After all, they are the directors of first impressions!! Easily my favourite day spa in Perth. From the moment you walk in you're made very welcome. Worth getting there a bit early to enjoy their relaxing hospitality! Disgusting the way my friend got treated here, this is so appalling. How could they not give someone a massage just because they have a chronic health condition? It is appalling asking for a doctors certificate for a massage when every other day spa doesn’t care and has had 100’s. Treating someone like this is unacceptable and your company should be ashamed! Booked a Teen Spa birthday party for my 14 yr old and she had a really special and relaxing time. All kids said they felt pampered and couldn’t stop raving about it. Ultra mani/pedi is always a favourite, nails are perfect every time (loving using shellac now as I always destroy my nail polish quickly), and no bruising from neck/ shoulder massage during facial this time after request to use flat hands only (touch sensitive because of autoimmune disease). The reception staff did not listen to my question at all and found the whole thing a joke. I had to repeat my question multiple times and even though I was using the correct terminology for what I wanted, she ignored me and then made me feel like an idiot when she finally said ‘oh you mean Accent’ when I had said it from the get go. I have paid a lot of money for this continued treatment every 3 weeks and I am bitterly disappointed that a salon that is so highly regarded would have someone so rude at the front desk. Read Less

Had a beautiful treatment at Le Beau consisting of an 80 minute massage & an Indian Head Massage. The ambiance was perfect & the facilities are well appointed & tranquil. I went to Le Beau for a relaxing massage & facial but yet again the persistent pushiness by the staff to try and get me to upgrade the treatment I had chosen and buy their products was very frustrating. As my facial was just about over I was being asked about what supplements I use and then told about the supplements they sell - not what I think a relaxing treatment should involve. If I want information I'll ask for it. Even after the massage and facial when I was supposed to be relaxing in the lounge area the staff member continued to hover. This happened last year as well but I had another gift voucher from xmas so decided to give it another try - same experince as last year. It cost almost $250 for less than 2hours and the sales push was totally unappreciated. I had received a voucher for my birthday so I had not been to Le Beau before. It was surprisingly serene and large with many therapy rooms and even an outside area for day spa use. The products are very good, Thalgo that has been around for many years, Dermalogica a trusty favourite and AlphaH which is Australian and a product that I was familiar with and use in winter. I had booking at ur beautiful luxurious peaceful retreat today. The lovely Christina was my massage therapist. Words cant really describe the amazing experience or what she did for me but ill try. I had the best experience at Le Beau Clinic & Spa. The staff were so polite, kind and professional, they made me feel very special. I had a Swedish massage followed my the most incredible facial. My massage was the best I'd ever had, I felt so relaxed during my treatment. Was sad when it was over. I was treated to a beverage of my choice and a complimentary meal. Had a couples massage with spa and high tea yesterday with my partner for Valentine's Day! He is the blokiest bloke you will ever meet and at first he was so out of his comfort zone but thanks to friendly, relaxed and lovely staff he ended up enjoying the experience as much as I did! Amazing massage and high tea!! The spa was lovely to sit in for half an hour and enjoy the relaxation!
