I've been here before and it was so good, just had them done, happy with the price and far from happy with the services!! I have leftover acrylic dried up in awkward places, not even the proper shape i asked as well as some nails so crooked and nail polish on the sides of fingers. Wanted to give somewhere else a go as my normal salon was full. I asked for thin SNS nails which turned out very very thick. When the lady asked me how they were as she were doing them, I asked if she could please make them thinner. She looked at me and said, you can't have them thinner as they will break so let me do my job properly. I said to her I always get my nails with sns thin and they have never broken. The whole way through she was pulling my hand aggressively and was extremely rude. I understand you can get some hard customers and probably very annoying customers, but this was a joke. So so rude I don't even have words. Rushed, poor quality nails. The lady doing my nails has not even asked me what shape or length I want my nails. She's just gone and done them whilst she talks in another language and is ignored me when I asked for them to be shorter. Too busy talking. I was pissed off just getting my nails done but the reason I am writing this review is because of how she shoved the uv lamp into my feet until they where far enough back whilst getting shellac on my toes. I will not go back again . I had heard that it was amazing but was really let down. Both my mother and I went to the nail parlor I got acrylics with shilac, had to go home and reshape as I noticed that 4-5 were not shaped correctly after leaving the shop . My mothers sns was very thick and the overall experience was uncomfortable. I also found the staff quite rude. Read Less

Arrived at the place, was ignored for a solid few minutes until finally one of the twenty asian minions screamed at me in broken English 'you want nail???' to which I timidly replied 'yes'.Instantly regretting my decision, she pointed to a seat somewhere in the middle of the room, I begrudgingly sat down and waited while she collected her required items for the manicure. No 'hello how are you' or 'what can I do for you?' just a quick 'you wan' shellack?' and started without my consent. As she went to clean the skin around my nails I noticed the tool she picked up had someone else's skin on it!!! I instantly said 'sorry can you please get some fresh equipment?' to which she rolled her eyes and slugged off to the back room muttering angrily to her co-workers in Cantonese or Mandarin or Banana language for all I know. They rotated turns working on me, all not introducing themselves or making any conversation. I felt awkward and borderline upset and it usually takes a lot more to get me that way. End result wasn't half bad actually but $35 later I won't be doing that there in a hurry anytime soon. I thought having a manicure was supposed to be a relaxing and calming experience to leave you feeling good about yourself. I left feeling like I'd been through a washing machine. Bad bad bad. I'm so upset with the service I received today  that I just can't contain it. I paid over the odds for possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had. My feet are probably in a worse condition that when I entered the salon. The nail tech didn't even bother to try and smile. They do my nails really well. I've never had a problem, and if you're over the calamity that is Professionail, this is a great alternative. Best thing for me is that it's right by work. They have a few downsides though, that keep me questioning every time whether I'm going to go back.I went in without an appointment for a refill and they told me ten minutes wait, so I ran off to grab a snack and when I got back they had already started working on more people who had walked in after me. I was pretty pissed off. It seems like some money-grubbing technique that they overstretches them. I then waited half an hour for a nail technician to come sort me out. The only good thing is they do a really good job and they're not expensive.Terrible service, however. Will probably try somewhere else the next time to see if it's just a general thing with nail places or something specific. Also! I will never go back here and neither will my mother in law or sister in law. Aside from being treated like we were on some sort of assembly line - even having made appointments, we were rushed through our pedicures and left sitting and waiting and had to ask about our manicure appointments. When someone finally came over to help us, we were seated at benches across the room from each other. We had booked this so we would get our treatments together, not be unable to chat through it all. My manicurist cut my fingers in two different places, which I said nothing about, but when she filed my nails crooked and I asked for them to be fixed she spoke in a language that I don't know to her partner working on a lady beside me. It was the poorest manicure I have ever gotten and most certainly the worst service I have had to endure during my time in Australia. I know tipping isn't as common here as it is back home in Canada, but perhaps if it was the service industry might sit up and take more attention. Thoroughly disgusted.
