You were very professional in the service you provided us, furthermore, your kindness and professionalism really shone through today when suggesting your new product of SNS. I must admit, I was quite hesitant of the SNS product, but I can assure you, from now on, I will only ever request the SNS product. The SNS nails feel amazing!! You are absolutely right in saying that they feel natural and light! Never again will I ever wear acrylic nails!! I will highly recommend you to my friends, business associates and others. Im so picky and i have a bit of OCD. It's so refreshing to be asked exactly how i liked my nails to be, how curved, the exact shape, and ensured i am satisfied before continuing. Sooo friendly there too! The dècor is very elegant and it's very clean. I've been to so many nail salons around Perth! And i come here just once and I'm sold. I'll be a long time returning customer! Walked in with my 9yo daughter to get manis while we waited for Sushi Wawa to open.  The staff was friendly, kind, and efficient. They shared in my daughter's delight at having her first buff and polish. Will definitely go back. Read Less

I went to get my nails done, I got acrylics I rang up and booked with a friends the day before and when we got there they had double booked us. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone started on my nails and they were rushed they kept on going back and forth between and this other lady which took twice as long. When they finished i went back to work, three days latery one nail fell off I went back to the salon to get it replaced mention the fact it has only been three days, I still had to pay to get it replaced.
