Don't ever go to Fantasy Nails in Innaloo. They are extremely unprofessional in their dealings with customers. Laughing and talking about the customers is absolutely disgraceful. My experience: went in for a Deluxe pedicure and was done in under 20 minutes. Nothing deluxe about that treatment. "My" who was my apparent beautician was too busy talking and laughing to complete my pedicure and did such a rush job. They are too interested in pumping out the money instead of taking their time and making it an enjoyable experience. I explained a number of times what I wanted but she still didn't do it. Don't ever go. This is my experience but just warning people not to waste their money going to this place. The more this is circulated the less you will waste your money! I will be sending my experience to more social media platforms.

They have always been very friendly to me and always accommodate to my needs for example I usually ask for a specific lady to do my nails and they make sure I go with her. When I’m fussy about something they do it with a smile. I enjoy talking to them and I make friends with ladies that go their too to get their nails done. Lovely environment and people every time!

The actual manicure was good BUT the lass chatted the whole time to the girl next to her in VIETNAMESE. At the end she left me in front of a small fan with no "good bye" or instructions as to when the nails would be dry and with pieces of plastic still between my toes. Consequently when i did leave after a considerable time i found my nails were ruined when i put my shoes on. I would DEFINITELY NEVER go back. This is a pity as it was a gift from a precious family member. I would NEVER recommend this place either. Extremely disappointed.

Really appalled by my experience here. They were so rushed, that she missed basic steps follow by every nail salon and technician while doing my nails. She didn't cut my nails, stick the tips on properly, she didn't put the acrylic powder over my whole nail, so the sides are bare. She did my nails and then proceeded to use the same nail grit she used on me, on my friend which is a health and safety issue. I am a nail technician myself, and they did hardly any of the steps required.
She was rude, and failed to tell us the price change in having a "feature nail" until after she had done it.
The price at the end was changed as well multiple times. Would not recommend.

Had my SNS redone on Monday the 2nd of January this year, my normal nail salon was closed so thought I would try this one. Its been a week, I have had 3 nails crack and one break. I have done nothing different to what I would normally do. Plus it was more expensive than my normal place. Not impressed at all!

I don't frequent nail places but thought I would treat myself. I came in and was seated quickly which was good, asked for the shellac manicure which was the special at $30 that day, and I chose a colour. The worker was busy doing something complicated to the girls nails next to me but left her and started mine. I was literally there for 5 minutes and then he told me I was all done and ready to pay. Then he told the girl sorry and went back to doing her nails, like I was some huge hassle for him.It was definitely not a manicure and definitely not shellac but I still had to pay $30 for basic nail polishing. Being a newbie the whole process was too unfamiliar to realise what was happening until it was over and clearly too late to start doing shellac. I usually go to professionail when I do get my nails done, and I will continue to do so.

So impressed with this place! Same pricing as any other nails place but much better quality and service.Huge range of services, colours, styles etcI got my usual - shellac, perfectly done and over two weeks later they haven't chipped even slightly - most places I get between 3 and 5 days before they chip if that.Also something else I really liked was that despite all the employees being Asian, they all spoke English to one another and to their customers in the shop which I found very considerate.Would highly recommend this place and I'll definitely go back.

Great choice of nail colour's to choose from. Offer full range of nail services, prices are average with acrylic refills costing $35. Open Sunday's from 11am which is great when you work full time.
