Walked in and asked to have my acrylics taken off due to personal requirements for a new job. She asked me where i got them done and i was honest and told her my sister had done them. She hurt me taking, oh wait! No, ripping them off. She took majority of my nail off and then used a sand paper bit on her air tool to really screw my nails up! No file, no polish or buff! First experience I had here the lady told me I shouldn't get Gel overlay I should get SNS, Ive had SNS before and had a not so good outcome so since Ive always had Gel overlay which works fine for me, so I went with the gel overlay, I return a few weeks late to get a refill and the lady try's to tell me I have Acrylic nails with shellac and it will cost me $45 to refill. I go tell her I got the nails done there last, the lady then changes her mind to say ok yes you have gel overlay refill cost $50 when it clearly says $35!!She was rude and ignorant I will not be returning here again Read Less

These guys will try to rip you off. They tried to charge me an additional $30 for "deluxe manicure" on top of the $100 i spent on gel nails and shellac toes. They said because they cut my cuticles on my hands that was a manicure, even though its part of the procedure for gel nails. They knew it was my wedding day the next day and were trying to fleece me as I had the same thing 2 week before without the addtional charge. Wont be back. Read Less
