Purchased a Christmas special gift voucher for a friend. She's just informed me that the voucher had a one month expiry!! She called today to ask if she could still use it as it expired in Feb 18 (purchased Dec 17). In this time her mother had passed and she has been dealing with funeral arrangements and grieving. Lady on the phone was adamant they couldn't accommodate her. DG, have some sympathy! A one month expiry is not good enough! I wont be coming back and will never buy a gift for anyone from you guys again. Buyer beware

I love DG beauty. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time now - Noko especially is the most amazing with doing my eyebrows and eyelashes. I will never go anywhere else. All the other beauticians are always so lovely and nice as well and I've never had a bad experience!

I booked in via FB for a massage today. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming I arrived. The store looks professional with a make up station set up as you walk in. They have products on sale and a chandelier to help set the mood too. Everything is neat and clean :) My massage today was fantastic! I filled out paperwork, (as per usual before a massage) and then was shown through to the massage room. My masseuse had a quick conversation with me and allowed me to choose which oil I would like her to use. I like my massages firm, it's what I wrote on my questionnaire and it was! Very happy with my treatment today, I grabbed a treatment list so I can read up on their other treatments and book in my next appointment soon :)

I've been going to DG Beauty since it opened, and living out in the 'burbs' it's the best salon around. I've had facials, makeup, microdermabrasion and waxing done there and have always been happy with the service. Having skin which in previous years has been prone to breakouts but also dryness I'm very particular about my treatments and Diana always listens to my concerns and takes care to address them. They offer great regular specials via email and their Facebook page.

The only service I have had done is eyebrow waxing. It was perfect though! Great job and it was so refreshing to have a service from someone who still believes in showing your customers a smile. She was great, professional, yet friendly and the beautiful shop was so inviting! I'll never go anywhere else for my waxing!

Purchased a Christmas special gift voucher for a friend. She's just informed me that the voucher had a one month expiry!! I've been going to DG Beauty since it opened, and living out in the 'burbs' it's the best salon around. I've had facials, makeup, microdermabrasion and waxing done there and have always been happy with the service. The only service I have had done is eyebrow waxing. It was perfect though! Great job and it was so refreshing to have a service from someone who still believes in showing your customers a smile. She was great, professional, yet friendly and the beautiful shop was so inviting! I'll never go anywhere else for my waxing!
