Worst nail bars experience by the three of us! Hygiene disgusting!! Reusing nail files and foot scrubs from person to person gross (fungal breeding ground)😣 They did not want to accommodate for nail art requirements and nearly flipped their lid when more than two colours were requested. Previous shellac was not soaked off properly and mostly removed with machine damaging my nails. Shellac was not set properly and didn't last more than 3 days and was put on too thin. Another customer was told it was an additional charge of $20 for skin to be removed off heel on top of the pedicure charge!! This has always been included as part of a pedicure. Nails were not cleaned as part of mani or pedi underneath and around edges just a quick brush over with a scrubbing brush!! WHAT A JOKE? Training definately questionable.
