Today I had one of the best experiences I have ever had while getting my nails done, the staff was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. I came in with 3 of my friends and we all left nifty nails with beautiful sets of nails and smiles on our faces. WORST experience ever! me a four of my friends where looking for a little pampering and after trying a few beauty places in town and been told they didn't have enough staff on to treat all four of us 'at the same time' because it's a quiet time of the year we decided to keep looking, finally we stumbled on nifty nails and asked if they where able to do four pedicure 'all at the same time' we specified that we wanted all the treatments at the SAME time and the girl told us that they could do that no problem At 10am the next day we arrive for our appointments we are greeted by the lady who booked the appointments asked to pick the nail colours we wanted and sat down, she proceeds to run the water, put the massage chairs on and get us comfortable. At this point I turn to my friend and say "where are the other workers?" After a couple minutes another girls appears. So at this point we have two girls having their feet worked on while myself and my other friend wait, after awhile a guy appears from the back asking if the girls need help, he then approached my friend and says he is going to do her foot massage first and then informed her one of the other girls will come along after and finish doing the rest. While this is happening I am left with my feet just soaking for about 20mins while the girls are being swaped and changed between, I am then also given my (5min) foot massage first and then after all my friend are pretty much finish and also left waiting.... my nails and cuticles are quickly clipped, the bottom of my feet are quickly scrubbed and I'm moved over for the nail paint (shellac) all this taking all of about 12 minutes. So just to be clear we arrive at 10am for four DELUXE pedicures, have 2 girls work on us and they manage to have us out and paid for by 10.40am Now about the price, so as we approach the counter less then relaxed and underwhelmed with the whole experience we are told the cost will be $65 each for the 3 of us who had shellac as shellac was an extra $20 and $45 for just Normal. I then repeated to the girl "so that's for a half hour pedicure + shellac because that's what we got in the and and she said yes, SHOCKED we just paid and left. After about 15min of walking around Dunsborough and talking about how we though we must have been charge wrong because in the pamphlet it said $45 for a Deluxe pedicure and we where charged $65 for something that was far from deluxe, we decide to go back and check. The lady then proceeded to tell us that we got what we paid for and that a deluxe pedicure for some people might take an hour but for others might only need 10 minutes depending how bad their feet where that as long as she did all the steps in the descriptions it was classified as deluxe. I also reminded her we had asked for 4 people to be done at the same time, she continued to say "what was the problem" she had got us all out at the same time! I tried to explain to her we had come in wanting a relaxing experience together, we didn't want to be rushed in and out. She then proceeded to say if a cleaner is paid to clean a window but it's already clean then your not going to clean it again are you? I disagreed saying if your paid to do it then yes you should clean it again or you work longer on something else! She said that's just business that some people get more and some people get less it all evens out in the end! She said I didn't understand because I'm from Perth and they do business differently up there. What a Joke! Read Less

I can't say enough good things about this little gem in the desert!! What a find!! The ladies that run full Tips are one of the last places that still understand the meaning of hometown customer service. My nails are absolutely beautiful and even as a brand new customer I was treated like I had been coming there for years.
