The ladies really take care of me when I am in a rush to go to a meeting , I pop in and I am out 30- 35 minutes later. SNS done perfectly with smiles and attention sometimes just to change the colors....
The ladies really take care of me when I am in a rush to go to a meeting , I pop in and I am out 30- 35 minutes later. SNS done perfectly with smiles and attention sometimes just to change the colors. There is always great music playing or some movie to watch to make the time pass more quick and very comfortable conversation and quite - love these ladies !!! For sure recommend coming back soon again

Mia and the other two girls did an amazing job on my nails. I was having a bad week and feeling really crappy and thought getting my nails done would be a nice treat for me today. I came in with the most ragged looking nails and One of the lady’s did everything to ensure they looked a million times better. The place is also lovely and clean and they even offered me a coffee I came out with alot more confidence. Thanks Mia for cheering me up, I'll definitely be back :)

By far the worst salon I’ve been to. Don’t be tricked into their ‘cheap’ prices because they always make you pay more at the end for some ridiculous reasons, like some extras they never informed you about during the session - it’s almost a scam. The quality is way below average as well. Shellac chipped off the moment I walked out the door, staff would refuse to fix it. Unbelievable, money-scamming business. Will never return.

I have never had such poor service or quality. The shellac has chipped after three days and is so thin in coats you can see through it. The owner did the “manicure” and filed my nails so roughly she broke the skin under two of my nails. All of her equipment was placed away in a drawer, without cleaning, after she was finished. I approached the owner when I noticed that the shellac had started to chip, she told me you cannot put anymore coats on as the shellac will become weak. She also said that if she had to redo my nails, it would be at my cost and she would not guarantee her work. Please DO NOT use this service, I guarantee you will be disappointed. “Royal princess” definitely sarcastically describes the owners attitude and nothing to do with the way you will feel when you leave her shop.

Staffs are not the best at communication. They are somewhat friendly unless it’s busy - they don’t seem to handle working under pressure very well. Also when you’re telling them what you want, be sure to at least triple check that they understood what you meant because otherwise you’ll end up paying double the cost for nails you didn’t even want. Smh

Not very efficient, had a vibe that they treat customers differently on their cultural background (if you’re a white middle aged woman you’ll be treated ok but they will still rush everything), most shellac chipped/came off after 5 days, poor hygiene of machines and tools (considered getting an STI check after they made my fingers bleed with their tools), and lastly they continuously up sell their products - saying a price and at the end of the appointment it’s about 20 dollars more. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Terrible experience! SNS Nails came off within days, the girl who did my nails was on her mobile speaking a different language the whole time, acetone used had someone's else's colour sitting in the bottom of the bowl. Poor hygiene, poor customer service and poor quality!

This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. The technician ripped my thumb nail off of the bed by trying to use a fake nail to remove the old SNS nail. My nail is still so sore and "rotten" 6 weeks later. Worse still, she wouldn't even acknowledge that she had done it and offer to at least give my wasted money back. Do NOT go there!!

I have been on an extended holiday in Australia and have been using this nail salon during my 10 week stay. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased from the beginning. Time and care were uppermost for the girls working here. The salon is kept spotlessly clean and they are very friendly. If I come back again next year I will definitely return as a happy customer. Many people commented on my nails and was pleased to tell them were I had them done. Many thanks girls. Debbie

Love love love this place, Iv came here since this place has opened, and since then I go back every 2 weeks to get my nails done, service is so great lovely lady that owns the place such a hard worker! Although there isn't the most colours to choose from there's defiantly a great selection (obviously the shops still starting up) nails are perfect every single time! And never once been in pain or felt uncomfortable like I do at most places. Defiantly try this place out, I recommend it to anyone wanting Fleek nails with best service!

Mia and the other two girls did an amazing job on my nails. I was having a bad week and feeling really crappy and thought getting my nails done would be a nice treat for me today. By far the worst salon I’ve been to. Don’t be tricked into their ‘cheap’ prices because they always make you pay more at the end for some ridiculous reasons, like some extras they never informed you about during the session - it’s almost a scam. I have never had such poor service or quality. The shellac has chipped after three days and is so thin in coats you can see through it. The owner did the “manicure” and filed my nails so roughly she broke the skin under two of my nails. All of her equipment was placed away in a drawer, without cleaning, after she was finished. Not very efficient, had a vibe that they treat customers differently on their cultural background (if you’re a white middle aged woman you’ll be treated ok but they will still rush everything), most shellac chipped/came off after 5 days, poor hygiene of machines and tools (considered getting an STI check after they made my fingers bleed with their tools), and lastly they continuously up sell their products - saying a price and at the end of the appointment it’s about 20 dollars more. I have been on an extended holiday in Australia and have been using this nail salon during my 10 week stay. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased from the beginning.
