Purchased an online voucher. My first experience calling I was met with a rude individual who was adbrupt and short tempered. When I called having to cancel (because I was hospitalised) was met with the same very rude lady on the phone. She told me that because it was 'less than 24 hours notice I couldn't cancel?' And then proceeded to hang up the phone? I didn't ask to reschedule.. and understood that it was late notice and I would forefit the voucher..How is it possible to not allow someone to cancel? Bought three vouchers in the month of June. Used one and pedicure was not good. And went back in July to use and got told I couldn't they where worthless cause shop different owners and they not willing to honour. Won't be back! Read Less

I went with a friend and thought it was great value. The place is clean and trendy with leather massage chairs to sit in while we got a pedicure. The lady was nice and friendly and our manicures turned out great. All for the price of $90 total with a Groupon voucher! Read Less

Completely unprofessional product and service.Firstly let me say that I've never complained about a service previously (and I've had my fair share of salon appointments) nor have i taken the time to do a review, but I feel compelled to warn customers to choose another salon as far as IPL is concerned.Before booking my IPL appointment I called this salon to discuss my needs as I wanted to clarify a few details. The girl couldn't answer my questions and said she would get the IPL specialist to call me back. No one called.I should've seen the signs but I persisted and called again, a week later.As I travel a lot for work, my time in and around Perth city was going to be short, and as I had already done 12+ IPL sessions at other various salons around Australia, I asked whether the spot test would be necessary (which required 24 hours inbetween sessions). The specialist listened to IPL history and assured me that even though I would still need to do the spot test, they would do my IPL appointment straight after rather than wait the 24 hours. So I purchased (Scoupon) vouchers and booked my appointment.When I arrived, they were running 25 minutes late which I don't understand because the salon was empty. I needed to fill out pages and pages of paperwork. When the IPL specialist took me in, she told me she needed to do the spot test and that I needed to rebook my IPL appointment for a later date. I told her what had been arranged and as she didn't speak fluent english, she had problems understanding so I went back out to the manager (and owner - I think) who stood his ground and told me that every customer must go through this process. He was blunt and rude and not willing to budge, even though I explained that I was leaving Perth that morning and not sure when or if I would be returning. All I wanted was my IPL appointment which had been promised to me directly after the spot test. He said this was not possible so I asked him for a refund and he refused. The spot test took literally 2 minutes and I left completely frustrated and extremely annoyed.Luckily (or unluckily depending on how you look at it), I did return to Perth and I figured I might as well use the vouchers rather than waste my money. When I arrived at the salon for my appointment, before even starting, I was told that I needed to book my next visit and that the salon wouldn't be taking single bookings anymore and that I needed to book a package (like hell I thought!). Once on the table, there was no record of my spot test! (so why even insist of doing it in the first place?). The IPL specialist was different from the first lady that saw me and I had to go through the process of testing my tolerance levels all over again. That is... after I had to remind her that I needed to wear glasses and after she applied the gel with her fingers (not a spatula).The IPL session took approx 10 minutes (no more) to do my full brazillian and underarms. It was the quickest and lightest (and most un-thorough - if there is such a word) IPL treatment I have ever had (and I've had over 12 sessions). I questioned the specialist... "is that it???" and she said ... yep all done. What a complete and total waste of time and money.Ladies BE WARNED ... this is definitely DEFINITELY, NOT the place for IPL. Read Less

Staff are completely unprofessional and snobby. Seven pages of paper work just for a 8 min session of IPL is ridiculous! When booking I would have  liked to be advised of the extra time required for the paperwork - I work in a busy professional environment and I found it was a waste of my time. From the three sessions I had at this place two were less than average; my session was cancelled at late notice and at the last session the "specialist" missed completely visible hairs. Read Less

The polish colors are killer and the shop is super relaxing. I love the cushy chairs and the hammocks. My nail tech, Monica, was sweet and did an amazing job with a polish that wasn't easy to apply (#94--a sheer dark gray with tiny glitter) and would have come out streaky if not for the perfect application.
