Had a gel mani and pedi two days before Christmas the nails chipped before Christmas and have all peeled off. Should last at least two weeks completely disappointed.

This was first time there. My manicurist was Vicky. I had a very relaxing pedicure. She explained what manicure procedures would be best for me....why the powder dipping technique would work for me versed fake nail tips. I will definitely return and continue with Vicky. The atmosphere was relaxed, very clean.

Im a regular, I go every two weeks. I usually leave satisfied. Everyone does a good job except for the make technician. I had a horrendous experience with him one, but spoke to the owner/manager, she was very apologetic and quickly addressed the issue. I have kept going back because of the professionalism and efficient service.

I am a longtime customer of Maxx Nails (over 10 years ). The shop owner is professional and poised, the shop is clean, comfortable/inviting, and the technicians are incredibly talented. I couldn't be happier. Whomever I speak with about my nails, I tell them they need to come to Maxx Nails.

I have never left a review before... However my experiences here both times have warranted a poor review. The first time I went I gave them the benefit of the doubt, however this time was far worse than before. The worst pedicure I have ever had- literally within the first 7 minutes my toes were painted even with a "deluxe upgrade". The massage chair was broken- I told before the pedicure even started had two different ladies try to fix and basically was like oh well. Both times I was completed within 20 minutes in and out the door. Worst ever- Will not ever return... One time I had an appointment waited over one hour and the other was a walk in on a Tuesday at 3pm- not busy time at all.

I'm not a regular "Getting ma nails did!" kinda girl, but I waste so much money on nail polish that only lasts a weekend! I wanted to try shellac and my friend always comes here. This nail salon is massive they offer mani's and pedi's and you get the full treatment. Foot spa, scraping, massage and manis are very neat and tidy. Really lovely staff also. I got a shellac manicure that cost $40, which seemed reasonable. It's lasted me two weeks and still going strong so seems worth it! I will be back!

This was first time there. My manicurist was Vicky. I had a very relaxing pedicure. I have never left a review before... However my experiences here both times have warranted a poor review. The first time I went I gave them the benefit of the doubt, however this time was far worse than before. The worst pedicure I have ever had- literally within the first 7 minutes my toes were painted even with a "deluxe upgrade". I'm not a regular "Getting ma nails did!" kinda girl, but I waste so much money on nail polish that only lasts a weekend! I wanted to try shellac and my friend always comes here. This nail salon is massive they offer mani's and pedi's and you get the full treatment. Foot spa, scraping, massage and manis are very neat and tidy. Really lovely staff also. I got a shellac manicure that cost $40, which seemed reasonable. It's lasted me two weeks and still going strong so seems worth it! I will be back!
