Have given this place multiple chances. My last visits yesterday to have my acrylics removed and normal polish applied was the last thread. I had my fingers soaked in acetone for the best part of an hour and a half and counted at least 5 different people who quickly grinded off the acrylic on my nails in between grabbing polishes etc for other clients. The ladies that sat either side of me were ignored for the best part of an hour, but other clients who came in after them were seen to first. When someone was finally available she rushed through filing off the last of the acrylic residue, She went to put oils on my cuticles as if she had finished, I had to prompt her to put the polish on my nails. I shouldn’t have bothered. It was a rushed job and polish was applied unevenly. When the next pair of customers came in, my purse and phone was picked up and I was shoved down the back corner for my nails to dry off. They really need work on their customer service!

If I could give zero starts I would. $70 for a brand new full set, after a week the nails started to drop off, literally flick right off, no stress or banging of the nails. Day 13 I had four nails hanging by treads and popped into the salon next to Kmart. I was told that it’s been two weeks, basically tough and you will have to pay for a new set! WOW! How NOT to treat loyal customers!!! 😡
Avoid like the plague because if you have an issue you will be treated like they’ve never seen you before and they don’t care.

Waited today two hours for shellac refill and asked to pay extra on top of 52 $ cause lady wasn't paying attention on quality it couldn't cover my nails ,colour was way too runny ??? Don't know if I want to go back in there again

30mins & waiting for 1 nail to be repaired(it snapped tieing up my shoelaces, so clearly not great workmanship) after only getting the fullset done a week ago. Meanwhile 2 ladies requesting full sets ...
30mins & waiting for 1 nail to be repaired(it snapped tieing up my shoelaces, so clearly not great workmanship) after only getting the fullset done a week ago. Meanwhile 2 ladies requesting full sets have been whisked into their seats immediately. A salon clearly not interested or concerned with repairing their poor work. Don’t bother. There are so many nail salons around, my advice is find another one.

Terrible experience with this salon. I called last week to make an appointment, and there was no answer for hours, during their supposed business hours. I kept trying and finally got a hold of someone and made an appointment for Friday, for 3 people and I explained that it was for a very important event taking place over the weekend. Arrived on time on Friday, only to find that it was closed. Was able to find someone who rents a room from the nail salon to open the door and tell me that the nail shop isn't even open...I left my name, number to be called back and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply. Stay away. Have never dealt with anything like this and will never give them my business or recommend them, especially since I found another great salon nearby.

Their attitudes are as ugly as the nails they do. Save your money or go somewhere else where they actually care about their clients.

I honestly wouldn't even give one to Starr but there's no option to give zero stars! Not only was the service not good the quality not good but the way they treat their clients is astonishing complete...
I honestly wouldn't even give one to Starr but there's no option to give zero stars! Not only was the service not good the quality not good but the way they treat their clients is astonishing completely absurd they did the worst gel manicure I have it yet to have. Less than two days later it's chipping so I go and ask for a refund natalie will they not give me a refund they were so rude so disrespectful... not only will I never step foot in this place for any kind of service but I would definitely not recommend it to anybody even for their enemies!

I had stunning natural nails going in. Got completely butchered. More shellac on my skin than my actual nail. Never again!

Called in to get Shelac nail colour yesterday shop near KMART had to call back this morning as nail polish chipped off 2 fingers and started to chip off rest got told had to wait 30 minutes as they were busy as I was leaving so me body came in behind me and asked for shellac nails and was seated straight away I am not happy with this service.

Have given this place multiple chances. My last visits yesterday to have my acrylics removed and normal polish applied was the last thread. I had my fingers soaked in acetone for the best part of an hour and a half and counted at least 5 different people who quickly grinded off the acrylic on my nails in between grabbing polishes etc for other clients. The ladies that sat either side of me were ignored for the best part of an hour, but other clients who came in after them were seen to first. If I could give zero starts I would. $70 for a brand new full set, after a week the nails started to drop off, literally flick right off, no stress or banging of the nails. 30mins & waiting for 1 nail to be repaired(it snapped tieing up my shoelaces, so clearly not great workmanship) after only getting the fullset done a week ago. Meanwhile 2 ladies requesting full sets have been whisked into their seats immediately. A salon clearly not interested or concerned with repairing their poor work. Don’t bother. There are so many nail salons around, my advice is find another one.

Terrible experience with this salon. I called last week to make an appointment, and there was no answer for hours, during their supposed business hours.
