I asked to have my nails removed and requested for them to be soaked, when she got to my real nail she kept grinding to the point where my nails felt a tingling pain, I didn't ask for new nails or nail polish and when I left I could see my natural nails were bumpy and grinded down.

I went there with my $38 voucher, foot spa treatment brought by one of my friends, service there was lousy and Service was bad .

I was there for the treatment about 15 mins that little bit of a massage,cutting toe nails , little bit foot scrubbing . I didn’t know I was finished and the staff didn’t tell me it was done . She had gone to another customer. So I was waiting for her expecting getting some more . When I was sitting there The staff who was doing customer next me , she told me “ you can go now do you understand? “ I didnt know no one told me,I was just sitting there waiting. I felt embarrassed as I put back on my socks and shoes .
Didn’t expect I was finished that quickly and Waiting for nothing.
Don’t go there waste your time

The worst place ever, one Lady only works on Saturday!! She accepts customers even without appointment and works very quickly just to finish.. I paid $60 for literally NOTHING, not professional at all...

I paid $60 for literally NOTHING, not professional at all. I'm really regret paying this amount of money for such bad service!! If I could've read the reviews before I got trapped in such place!:(

Don't waste your time. Shocking treatment. Shocking service. Massage chair was broken. 2 others were free but we had to ask to be moved. Also had to ask for dead skin removal. The girl had to go out the back to get the tool which is a standard pedicure tool and has been used in every single pedicure previous to this as standard. Colour of polish is thin and watery. Paid $110 for a mani/pedi for my SIL and I and it's been the biggest waste of money. Polish is already chipped and ruined within an hr of leaving. No setting agents used. What a joke of a business. Close the doors.

When I got mine done it hurt really badly. My cuticles were bleeding, and the lady doing them didn't even think twice about handling them softly once she had seen the blood. She continued twisting and turning my hand and growling at me for moving ever so slightly. Poor job aswell, I asked her to redo some and she got mad. Never going again. Worst pain.

My wife went here. They don't prepare your real nails properly so the gel one beak off easily. They don't listen to the customer or entertain any requests. She went back to have a breakage repaired and it wasn't even the same colour! They gave her some bull about it being new while the others were old. Yeah! A week old! Poor place. She won't be going back.

When I got mine done it hurt really badly. My cuticles were bleeding, and the lady doing them didn't even think twice about handling them softly once she had seen the blood. My wife went here. They don't prepare your real nails properly so the gel one beak off easily. They don't listen to the customer or entertain any requests. She went back to have a breakage repaired and it wasn't even the same colour! They gave her some bull about it being new while the others were old. Yeah! A week old! Poor place. She won't be going back.
