Absolutely disgusting job, kept smudging the nail varnish and going over and over it again. I told her there were sharp jagged edges at the top of the nail. In the end they took off everything to start again, I said forget it. They kept getting up to serve people and the girl working on my daughters naild completely disappeared. I get my nails done fairly often, this place was def the worst. So much pain, it wasn’t enjoyable. Lady kept watching the TV while cutting my cuticles, the other lady was too busy listening to a conversation & shaves too much skin fro my friends feet. Not impressed, won’t be back. Read Less

This has got to be the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I visited the salon yesterday and chose myself a dark gray colour. They applied this colour for me and I left the salon. As I left I noticed the colour had turned out to be a light blue which is not what I had chosen. This didn't bother me too much as I was more concerned on how terrible the painting was. It was lumpy and I had shellac polish all over my fingers. I showed a close friend and she told me I definitely needed to head back. So I went back and asked to get it touched up a bit so they didn't look like they were painted by a two year old. After this I left the salon and noticed the polish was changing colour. The tips were going a dark gray and then some of my nail was still light blue. I had a set of nails with multiple different shades of colour each. This was definitely not what I had chosen, I assumed just like every normal nail salon when u order a colour u receive a full set of the one colour. So I went back in to ask kindly about why this was happening. The owner raised her voice at me and told me this is what I had asked for and if I wanted a change I would have to pay. I asked if I could at least just get the nails taken off and she said she would charge me. Her customer service was awful and I felt very intimidated by her when all I wanted was just to receive the service I had paid for. I then left the salon and called them up, so I didn't cause a scene in public. She continued to fight about it and repetitively told me it was my fault. I did not want a fight, I just wanted a set of one colour! She was so rude and waisted about 20 mins on the phone fighting with me. In this time she could have at least taken my nails off for me. When I went back in for the 4th time, the other ladies working in there also were turning against me. It was actually quite funny how much of a big deal this was. Anyway we came to the conclusion that the polish I chose was a heat changing one, and they are meant to tell u that before u order it..... but they didn't! I felt weak going in there and asking to get my money's worth, but I'm glad I did, because even another customer in the store noticed how ridiculous they were being and stood up for me. I'm still in shock with how they could fight with a customer like this when it was their own mistake! Definitely don't recommend this place at all, I know that this won't happen to everyone that goes in there, but the bottom line is, you should give the customer what they purchase, and this did not happen in my visit. I wanted to rate this place at least 4 star. I was in Busse and I just could not find any nail salon. Usually by the time I'm ready to get my nails done. They are close. Pretty much a lot of business close early in Busselton. It's weird when you are coming from a big city and everything close at least at 9. Anyway, the girl that did my nails was very sweet. She really did her best and I saw that but when I finally saw the result. It was a bit sloppy. She left some gel stain on my skin and the gel was not smooth enough. It was a little bumpy. Now don't let this stop you from going she's still did a great job but I would probably tell her to fix it. She is very nice and easy to talk to. The salon itself is very nice and clean. They gave me the buff that she used on me so I know they care about hygiene. Which is very very important in a nail salon. Read Less

I walked into the salon a complete tomboy and walked out with gorgeous full set and shellac the ladies were so happy and chatty and my nails were perfect they survived 4 bushfires and three searches for missing people without a single chip or blemish love my fortnightly trips in always happy to see the ladies and have a good chat great job girlies xx Read Less

Absolute rip off and the worst service I have ever received. I booked an appointment at 11am for a bikini and full leg wax,and arrived on time but they did not take me in until 11.30. The staff were unfriendly and when I sat down ready for the wax the unapologetic beautician asked me to get dressed again and come back in 10 minutes. Then found out that it was because they wanted to see to another client before hand who had just arrived. I came back after 10 minutes but I had to wait for another 30. When I finally got back in, I was only given a quarter leg wax, when i questioned this I was told I needed to leave it for another week or so which I was fine with, what I was very annoyed and upset about was that she proceeded to charge me for a FULL wax when I should've only paid for a quarter. I went in to get my regular refills and I was laughed at rudely and the staff refused to serve me. After about 20 minutes of them arguing of who would do my nails and me waiting around while they started on my friends nails (which they had no problem with doing) they finally started mine and then as we went to leave we were charged the price of a full set and not refills. Definitely not a happy client and I will never go back. Would 10/10 recommended the nail bar next to rio Tinto now they know what customs service is. Read Less

The Pedicure is the best we've had and the girl who did them was warm and friendly and very skilled. I would like to give 5 stars to her. The owner of the business however was rude, arrogant, argumentative and utterly lacking in customer service and communication skills. She did not like that I only wanted nail art on one finger of each hand but plain on the other fingers. I had to really insist to make her do it. My friend had similar difficulties with her. My friend w...anted french tips and pointed to mine and very clearly said to the owner to do them 'like hers' but it was my friend's first time and she did not realise that the owner was giving clear tips until it was too late. Instead of being accommodating or apologetic the owner went on tbe attack and blamed it all on my friend. She point blank refused to rectify the mistake by at least painting french tips over the clear. She insisted we would have to pay extra to have the mistake fixed.
