Honestly don’t recommend anyone to go here. Service was poor, my nails are throbbing hours after,my nails are uneven and they are so rough with my nails I had to pull away from the pain.

I got my nails done two days ago with acrylic and shellac and they are already cracked, chipped and peeling off of my natural nail.

All my many trips to this salon have been great. I get SNS and have not had any problems. All the technicians are lovely and helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. Yes they do speak their mother tongue but do engage you in English, if you bother to try some small talk with them. I think the way we treat them is reflected in how they treat you and l always enjoy my time with them. Very definitely recommend Gentle Nails in Centrepoint Bunbury. Read Less

Absolutely terrible. My gel nails ended up being all uneven and the shellac was brushed on so thick. In my opinion it wasn't authentic shellac, but more likely a cheap imitation as it started chipping off within days. I asked for a shimmer shellac and ended up with huge pieces of glitter painted on instead. Apparently that's acceptable by their standards. Read Less

They did me a terrible pedicure with shellac and a substandard acrylic manicure. Took them 3.5 hours as they kept stopping to see to new customers as nobody was turned away due to them being busy (probably because they were all full sets and expensive jobs). Had to get them to redo two of the shellac nails as one had been set with grit in it and the other nail was only half painted. Did not get a "sorry" just dirty looks and then a load of Vietnamese "chatting" that was obviously directed at me. Had to return the next day as one of the acrylics has already started to come loose ... they said they were too busy (they weren't) amd asked me to return in 45 minutes for 1 nail! (Obviously not enough money in it for them). I now regret not kicking off the day before so I'll do it on here now ... If you can't speak one word of English then at least learn the word SORRY ... then you can use it when you have to redo your customers nails when you have messed up ... either in the shop on the day or when they have to return. Seriously tired of your dirty looks and you using your native tongue ...we are not stupid. Please learn some English and say what you have to say to peoples faces ... and good luck with that let's see how far you get! Read Less
