Worst experience ever, the woman doing my nails was rude and multiple women working there were bitching about one customer because she wasn't happy with the colour of her toes as they didn't match her fingers. My nails were rough, wonky, lumpy and just outright horrible, i had black nail polish all over my fingers and when i told my nail tech she just told me to scrub it with water. I was in a rush so I just decided that it wasn't even worth arguing with them about how badly they were done but within 10 minutes of leaving one of my nails snapped off. I had to come back to have it fixed which made me late for a job interview I had that afternoon and within 3 days of having them done another 2 had snapped off. I will not go anywhere else for my nails! Tina is seriously the best!! The first time I came in I got lucky and got her. Since then I haven’t let anyone else touch my hands She is so sweet (the entire staff is friendly) and does any idea I bring in. I’ve had different people do my pedi and have ALWAYS been satisfied by everyone I definitely recommend coming in, I promise you won’t be disappointed no matter who does your nails!!Read Less

Unpleasant. They charge $10 for removal, which is ridiculous. Salons which do charge for removal first of all, are the height of stingy, but also when they do its usually $5. Initially I asked about SNS, and asked "Everytime you remove the SNS (if i come back as a regular) you will charge $10? every time?" yes. Right. So I ended up doing acrylic over lay. In total cost me $60. Its been 1 day and already there is a crack in one of the nails, which isn't me bashing my hands around, it means they haven't use enough product on the nail. Rubbish quality. If i go back to the same place they will probably charge me to remove the broken nail and fix their own mistake -.-. I won't be going back. Considering how much more they charge the service really was awful. Westfield Carousel has a parlor next to JB-HiFi and they've never charged me for removal, or repairs if a nail breaks the next day. Professional Nail used to be my go to to get my nails done but after last week I will never go to them again! I entered the shop still just a little bit indecisive but just browsing at the options and acknowledging the staff were busy to have one of the girls look up and shout across the room from doing a lady's nails "What you want?" I called out (given how loud it was) "I'm just looking." As she couldn't hear me she rolled her eyes, shook her head and muttered something under her breath to then get up and walk over to me... that attitude lead me to walk out straight away, I work in retail and despite how stressed and busy you can be I would never roll my eyes at a customer and be so rude and disrespectful.. My sister in law recommended this place to me after I had a bad experience with another nail place. Smallish salon compared to the rest, about 10 pedi chairs. Massage chairs are comfortable. Place appears to be sanitary. They make you pay before you get the services and of course there is a big sign that says no refunds. The sign also says not responsible for any nail infections or nail lifting.  What if the nail esthetician makes a mistake or you aren't happy with the service?The water was scalding hot even for me (and I love hot water). The nail girl working next to my chair apologized and put cold water in. My nail girl greeted me nicely but was a little rough throughout the pedi. Especially when using the rough pumice stone. Yikes!!! She ignored me when I said ow and I was writhing in pain. I know she heard me. I am not by far high maintenance at all. She seemed to know what she was doing as I had an ingrown nail from the last nail salon I went to in Garden City centre.  She fixed it and asked if it was better so I was satisfied with that part. The rest was just meh. She didn't even put on my flip flops for me prior to polishing. It's just I'm used to the technician doing that for you. She just set them down as if to say "here." ??????? Maybe she is just having an off day or it is her personality... I will try here again with a different technician --Price was affordable and the place was nice. Read Less
