Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I paid $85 for the laziest nail job I have ever seen. I asked for a mani and pedi for me and my daughter and Our feet never even touched water ( even when sitting on the foot spa chair), which I thought is just standard procedure to wash and massage feet with pedicures. my cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed and they filled back my natural nail so much with the drill it was starting to hurt my fingers (all these are basic steps when doing nails). They didn’t moisturise anything and at the end added cuticle oil only to tell me to wash my hands straight after it was applied, so it just washed it off. My daughter had normal polish put on and a base coat wasn’t applied. This is the first and last time I will go there as I am a qualified beauty therapist and normally stay well clear of salons like that, but due to a last minute decision I thought it might be ok as a once off. BIG MUSTAKE. Don’t go here unless you want to be skimped on the basic steps of a mani/pedi and get completely ripped off. I’m praying I don’t get an infection seeing as they didn’t disinfect their tools and files after they used them on us so god knows what cross contamination we picked up🤢

Staff barley spoke, comfortable chairs but nail work is very below average. I got a deluxe pedi and mani, no moisturiser for the pedi, odd shaped nails and the polish was very messy. The polish chipped and cracked the next day and had to be removed. It seems cheap but it is not worth it, may as well do your own nails at home as you’ll get a better result. The photo was taken the day after the manicure.

In Australia for a short holiday from the Uk. Hubby going to the cricket so thought I would treat myself to a Luxury spa pedicure & manicure.
Total disaster from the start to the end. Staff made no attempt to make small talk or anynother kind for that matter. Told ro sit in a seat very sharply.
I can only assume I was asigned the trainee. I think it had to have been her first day. Mynfeet felt worse at the end than when she started. Down the side of my big toe nail was bleeding with no reference to it. As one lady was tending to my feet a young boy came to the side of me with "round or square and do you want them short". So as my feet were being messed about with my hands were dragged across with still no conversation. The young girl forgot to put the polish on my toes so as I was what I can only describe as being pulled from the chair with my bag falling to the floor was told to sit back down.
The whole expierence for 60$ can only be described as pitiful.
If this operation was in the UK I can guarantee they would have no customers at all. No please or thank you, was everything ok.
Utter shambles to say the least.

Brusque and rough staff member (a chubby girl). Shoved the arm roll under my arms fast and without indicating or saying so. Sighed regularly and if she was doing me a big favour and twisted the joints...
Brusque and rough staff member (a chubby girl). Shoved the arm roll under my arms fast and without indicating or saying so. Sighed regularly and if she was doing me a big favour and twisted the joints in my fingers so hard it hurt. Cut the side of two of my fingers with the rotating polishing tool. Complained that my arm and hands didn't turn far enough and she couldn't work properly with them - can you believe it! Banged down polish bottles. This person is not a people person and shouldn't be working on customers. Worse service I have ever had in many years going to nail bars. I will say, that generally the other girls have been pretty good but this experience has left me never going back there.

Went in to get a full SNS treatment for my nails, got 3 different girls working on me, doing different things, making the process longer ( 1 and 1/2 to almost 2 hrs) then at the end was told to pay $...
Went in to get a full SNS treatment for my nails, got 3 different girls working on me, doing different things, making the process longer ( 1 and 1/2 to almost 2 hrs) then at the end was told to pay $70 dollars as they said, I asked , for "Gel top coat" and other rubbish. Its a waste of time and money. where as in other places e.g Cinderella nails it only $55 and they have a lot more respect to there costumers.

This is the only place I like to get my nails done locally. All the girls and the receptionist are very friendly and always do a fantastic job on my nails. It's clean and I love how the shop is decorated. Cannot recommend more if you're looking for a good nail place in this area.

I like Gala Nail Bar. They girls are all fun and do a great job. I really like the owners too! However, lately, I have had issues with getting through on the phone (and they are often booked up) and found the receptionist not very friendly. It is one guy in particular - it's happened twice now - and it is a shame because they are the face and voice of the company. I go there often and bring my mom, so I consider myself a loyal customer, but I am having a hard time giving my business to a company that does not value their customers enough to hire someone who is gracious and helpful.

My experience at Elite Nail Bar was fantastic. Kylie did my pedicure and Lena my manicure. They did a good job and were very friendly. I stayed in the comfy massage chair even when my feet were definitely dry but they set for longer for my enjoyment. All the staff were friendly. I'll definitely be back soon and highly recommend this place.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I paid $85 for the laziest nail job I have ever seen. I asked for a mani and pedi for me and my daughter and Our feet never even touched water ( even when sitting on the foot spa chair), which I thought is just standard procedure to wash and massage feet with pedicures. my cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed and they filled back my natural nail so much with the drill it was starting to hurt my fingers (all these are basic steps when doing nails). Staff barley spoke, comfortable chairs but nail work is very below average. I got a deluxe pedi and mani, no moisturiser for the pedi, odd shaped nails and the polish was very messy. This is the only place I like to get my nails done locally. All the girls and the receptionist are very friendly and always do a fantastic job on my nails. It's clean and I love how the shop is decorated. Cannot recommend more if you're looking for a good nail place in this area.

I like Gala Nail Bar. They girls are all fun and do a great job. I really like the owners too! However, lately, I have had issues with getting through on the phone (and they are often booked up) and found the receptionist not very friendly. It is one guy in particular - it's happened twice now - and it is a shame because they are the face and voice of the company. I go there often and bring my mom, so I consider myself a loyal customer, but I am having a hard time giving my business to a company that does not value their customers enough to hire someone who is gracious and helpful.

My experience at Elite Nail Bar was fantastic. Kylie did my pedicure and Lena my manicure. They did a good job and were very friendly. I stayed in the comfy massage chair even when my feet were definitely dry but they set for longer for my enjoyment. All the staff were friendly. I'll definitely be back soon and highly recommend this place.
