Today I went to Yens as a last minute appointment. Hearing good reviews I thought i'd check it out. I got there and was instantly put at a table with a bowl of acetone to soak off my SNS. Within 10 minutes it was soaked off and I sat there for an additional 15 minutes until someone attended to me. I even had an appointment. Eventually a lady came over and started my treatment. Treatment starts and I felt she did my nails too long, so I asked her to bring them down by half, she literally files off 1mm and asks me if that's okay.. Really? That's definitely not what I asked for. She told me that once she starts shaping them and what not that they will be shorter.. I've had my nails done enough times that I know that is not true and it wont go down by half AT ALL. I'm sure they are very good at everything they do, and i'm not saying my nails look bad, but I waited for 20+ minutes to actually start treatment and then to be told she wouldn't do what I have asked.. At this point i'm not really sure i'd go back..

At the time when i had my nails done, i was happy. The girls working there were lovely. BUT! Within a week, my acrylics were falling off. All in 1 piece .. called to let them know and they wanted to charge me $10 per nail to fix... id already paid $65 for a full set less than a week ago... didnt go back.

These ladies are phenomenal. They are so friendly and professional and honestly have the best skills I've ever seen. Quinn was super amazing with my design. My appt was for 6pm and I was there half an hour early and they sat me straight down and started. I came all the way from Clarkson and it was was well worth the drive. I'm definitely going back

I am a regular customer because the service is friendly and welcoming and the staff are great nail artists. Prices are really fair too which is a nice change. Highly recommended.

I came in for a set of acrylics and the staff were warm and welcoming, the vibe of the store was pleasant and comfortable. I was served by Rebecca and Quinn, both were lovely and friendly, and I left happy with my set of nails. Will definitely be going back in the future

I'm not usually one to complain, however I got a set of acrylics not even 2 weeks ago and I ive had to go back once after one of my nails fell off within the first 4 days. I got it redone for free however now another 2 nails have fallen off and I take good care of my hands (not one to do a lot of dirty work). I've been getting my nails done for years at different places and never had this problem. I payed $105 for a standard set of acrylics with one design of crystals on each... hand. I did have a new girl put my nails on in a different way to the way I usually have them put on so maybe that might be the problem? Then I had a different lady shape and paint them. I was quite shocked at the price however I just payed it thinking they'll last me ages. And to my disappointment they haven't lasted two weeks. Your staff are lovely and the place seems to be well run, I am just extremely disappointed at how easily they've come off. See More

I had my SNS redone and pedi there two months ago. The service was fairly good although I had asked for both when I arrived, after my SNS I needed to inform them again I required a pedi. I like the atmosphere there, the girls a quite chatty and friendly. I had my SNS done by O and my pedi by Danielle, both lasted really well and I was very happy with the results. It was quite expensive though and as I get my nails done ever 2 weeks I would only go back if I wanted something specific from them. They have a great range of colours and designs so for a special day I would definitely recommend!

I've been here a few times now and although there can sometimes be a wait when they have a full day, it is definitely worth it for the quality of the nails I leave with! Jonny has done my nails the last two times and his attention to detail is impeccable. I've never been happier with the shape of my nails and the acrylic is a nice thickness that doesn't feel fake and chunky. I live in Morley and will happily travel to Beeliar to continue getting my nails done here.

I didn't get her no explanation,an no art work ! An hardly spoken to or welcomed the atmosphere had gone very disappointed.The nail tech was good but I think they need to know what the club has booked in for !

Second time I have been to yens nails, first time in beeliar, great nails but worst customer service, from yen herself. Thought I would try out the Baldivis one, had a pedicure, didn't get a exfoliation, and she didn't cut my cuticles (my favourite bit) shellac applied poorly and my nail shape is so uneven I had to fix them when I got home....

The worst experience I have ever had in a salon, as well as my friends who had the same treatment. The level of professionalism was very low, having a nail technician turn around whilst doing a treatment on myself just to make conversation with her colleague. I booked in for a pedicure which included exfoliant and massage. I didnt receive exfoliant, I received a massage and all she did was rub my leg with cream for a second. To top it off, to remove the moisturiser there was a hot towel application( Please be advised YOU must dry towel the legs afterwards) ~ My legs were wet and cold. Staffing require a lot more training. Very disappointing, because Yen's work is amazing.

Heard such good reviews about this place but must say I was bitterly disappointed. My 9 year old could've done a better job. The shellac wasn't applied evenly, it wasn't smooth and didn't cover the entire nail. While sitting there, there were other clients who returned to have their nails redone because of poor results. The nail technicians need to be sent back to TAFE to gain proper knowledge in the field. It was a total rip off for $60 and I went straight to another salon (Gentle Nails) to have it fixed and they did an excellent job.

Today I went to Yens as a last minute appointment. Hearing good reviews I thought i'd check it out. I got there and was instantly put at a table with a bowl of acetone to soak off my SNS. I've been here a few times now and although there can sometimes be a wait when they have a full day, it is definitely worth it for the quality of the nails I leave with! Jonny has done my nails the last two times and his attention to detail is impeccable. I've never been happier with the shape of my nails and the acrylic is a nice thickness that doesn't feel fake and chunky. The worst experience I have ever had in a salon, as well as my friends who had the same treatment. The level of professionalism was very low, having a nail technician turn around whilst doing a treatment on myself just to make conversation with her colleague. I booked in for a pedicure which included exfoliant and massage. I didnt receive exfoliant, I received a massage and all she did was rub my leg with cream for a second. Heard such good reviews about this place but must say I was bitterly disappointed. My 9 year old could've done a better job. The shellac wasn't applied evenly, it wasn't smooth and didn't cover the entire nail. While sitting there, there were other clients who returned to have their nails redone because of poor results. The nail technicians need to be sent back to TAFE to gain proper knowledge in the field. It was a total rip off for $60 and I went straight to another salon (Gentle Nails) to have it fixed and they did an excellent job.
