I've come here twice to get my nails done, only because I was in the area and needed  to just pop in without an appointment.The first time I came here I had shellac manicure and pedicure, it was quite some time ago but what I can remember is that it was okay. The second time, was on Christmas eve and decided to only have a manicure and pedicure to give my nails a break from the harsh shellac option.The whole process felt rushed. I smudged one of my nails by accident, still in the salon and when asking for it to be rectified they just basically smooshed it over and did one more coat so it looked a bit clumpy. I didn't bother asking for them to properly rectify as they seemed angry.When I left, a couple of hours later I noticed the polish seemed really thick and all nails started to bubble a bit. This usually happens when I do my nails myself and end up putting too much nail polish on as I am terrible with painting nails, hence why I pay someone else to do it!You would think that the nail polish would defiantly be dry by that night as I got them done in the middle of the day, but when I woke up the next morning some of my nails and toenails were smudged.I felt like I should of just taken all of the polish off and re painted it myself!The staff are not very friendly and the nail salon is a bit dated compared to others.I also do recall on both occasions here they kept asking how much other nail salons cost which made it seem like they were trying to re-assure you that their prices are cheap. Which they are, but I would rather pay a bit more to get a better quality of service. When you get your nails done professionally you want to feel relaxed, you don't want to be questioned as to how much other places cost.After a not so great 2 visits here I don't think I will be returning. Too be frank, I find this kind of pampering nonsensical. Outsourcing a mani-pedi isn't really my thing. I think the task is one i'm easily capable of myself. Keep this in mind when reading my review.Anyway, I came here on a gift voucher for a spa pedicure. The array of O.P.I. colours and the complimentary cans of cool drink and candies, loosened my attitude for a moment.I was beginning to enjoy my time in that electro controlled massage chair until one of the girls tried flog me foot cream. The whiff of microwaved chicken and fried rice didn't really do much for the ambience either.Sorry, 'fraid i'm sticking to the DIY nail jobs at home. Read Less
