My daughter gets her nails done here because its local.She is forever going back as the gel nails just pop off and have to be redone at extra cost every time.They don't open on time which means waiting for over 15 mins sometimes to get a nail replaced before an outing.Trying to communicate with the staff is fruitless.not sure whether its a language thing or rudeness .she has to find another place ,I dont go there after getting a nail infection after a pedicure treat.....crazy to support such a lackadaisical business.. I walked in with nice strong and long nails, and walked out with short, stumpy nails that are damaged and splintered. I requested to get shellac nails with a white french tip-i wanted shellac so it would help protect my already nice nails. The girl who did them didnt paint the tips strait or even, so i requested for her to take it off and keep my nails clear. She got angry at me and pulled out the dremmil and took off the shellac aswell as half of my nail bed! She then did the clear coat for me and at this point it was ok, except it must have been contaminated as i had bits of glitter in their. I really couldnt be bothered complaining to someone who barely spoke english so i bared with it and paid her... After walking out the shop into real day light i could see my nails had bits of fluff or hair stuck in them, and when trying to rub it off a few of my nails had chipped, to the point where they would grab on my clothes and get stuck... Walking back from the car i went back into the shop and requested to speak to the manager... The girl could not understand what i wanted so i had to pull her out of the shop into a bright area and point out the damage to my nails.. She filed them down and cleaned them up but could not offer me any additional services free of charge. I am so disappointed, i had to file down my nails to nothing and will now have to wait a few weeks for them to grow out nice and strong again. I think i will buy my own kit from ebay.. Atleast i know what i want and wont have to pay $50 for someone to screw them up. Read Less
